The call centre screwed my order up but the customer service at thsi location was amazing. Very quick to make things right and friendly. Great customer service goes a long way as this will forever be our pizza joint in the community !

Pizza pizza used to be good. Especially the bby location when it first opened. Now here in pitt meadows, the crust was paper thin, I asked for thick crust x large. And the crust is overly salty! Sorry to say, disappointed. Sad old slices in the display. Last time I had it in poco, they used processed cheese. Does head office know about the lack of quality now? Seems all the pizza chains in tri cities are garbage now. Papa john. Dominos. Pizza hut. Thx to franchising, and lack of supervision.Once again i used to like the place. Last two experiences were not good at two different locations, so I'm done. Lost me as a regular.

Don't bother trying to call.Tried calling through twice. It just rang abd rang and rang.Been a customer many times. The woman at the other end wouldn't answer the phone.My friend called seconds after me and she then picked up. He tried to explain what I wanted in her native tongue but it was lost on her.Calling was a waste of time.

I enjoy lots of the menu options here, and the staff has always been friendly. They have great options if you have a diverse crowd to feed (diabetic friendly/ keto, plant based options, gluten free etc.) Some of my faves are the Deep fried cauliflower bites, jalapeño poppers, and chicken sandwich, along with an assortment of pizza flavours.

I usually order the 2 pc pizza for $6. Recently I have tried the chicken sandwich and the panzerotti. The sauce on the chicken was awesome and the crust of the panzerotti was so good. I wouldn’t recommend eating it on your lunch break though as it’s messy

The store looks messy. Dirt on floor, windows filthy, entrance door nasty, inside is also dirty tables and chairs. Don't touch anything!I hope the food is better than the stores atmosphere.The server was very kind and on her own.Vegetarian options: Trying the plant based chicken sandwich spicy. It was good.

Cinderella Pizza!!! Best price for pizza in pitt Meadows. Very mediocre. Don't plan on leftovers once the clock strikes 12 it turns back into a piece of cardboard. Staff is friendly

I bought their XL 4 topping Pizza special for $16.99Every pizza has 3 things, crust, sauce and cheese.I felt this pizza failed when it came to the sauce. The sauce was invisible to my tongue.The toppings were in ample supply.Due to the flavorless sauce I won't be visiting again.
What a great pizza. Never had pizza like this in my life. Good customer service. Great deal . He offered me complimentary dip which was nice of him . Cheers you guys will see me again for sure??
