Gift card scam alert: I used a gift card on a sandwich, it said approved then the cashier switched with another cashier whispering something to each other. The next cashier quickly hid the receipt from me and re input the amount owing.The debit machine said it owed 42 cents so I assumed it was a gift card fee . I swiped my card again. It read insufficient funds since it was emptied. The worker told me it had no value on it. I tried one more time and it said insufficient funds again.I tried to reason with the worker but they kept saying no it didn’t work.I ended up having to pay for my sandwich again.

I ordered 15 minutes ahead of time online. I was in a rush, upon reaching girl said she is still going to make it. Two people working and just one customer, but still they thought they were too busy and 15 minutes frame wasn’t enough to make an online order. I left without taking the food. Did not offer me the refund either as I never got the sandwich. They just kept the money and they don’t give a damn if someone gets food or not. They are just concerned with taking people’s money and not serving them.

Somehow they always mess up my order when I ask for double meat they don't put in double meat . But they always only charge for what they put in . So I guess they just sometimes mess up on orders so make sure to provide them clarity that you need this this and

This old lady that works there didn’t give me my change back she just pocketed it ( my change would’ve been $5 back ). And she also makes me and my partners sandwiches so sloppy and messy ( also she never cuts out sandwiches in half ). She’s just rude to me and my partner. We won’t be coming to this location anymore. Do better please.

This is probably the WORST Subway I have ever been to!!! I don’t even think they understand the concept of customer service. Yet, the credit card machine prompts a tip… yah right you’re getting a tip!THEY ARE SOOOOO STINGY ON TOPPINGS!!!I ordered a foot long sub and the girl put only 4 VERY small slices of tomatoes and maybe 5 slices of cucumber on it. I asked for green peppers and I literally got about 5 straggly slices. Asked for honey mustard and she put the lightest layer. A pencil is probably thicker than the amount she put on. Salt and pepper was not even visible.I have recently moved to Pitt Meadows but I always went to the 205th location in Maple Ridge. Needless to say, I would rather drive the extra 20 minutes to and from the 205th location in MR for a decent sub.
