Bubble tea is pretty good but I think it’s definitely more on the sweeter side so I would recommend asking for either less sweetener or go home and add more water. Besides that there’s a lot of space for you to sit down and chat. The person making the bubble tea is always super nice even though they always seem a tiny bit overwhelmed.

Went to this place on a Thursday night around 5pm. Basically half the menu was unavailable, pearls required a 20+ min wait, and there wasn't even grass jelly. ???The tea itself is below average and the small size is tiny (get the regular size). The only redeeming quality is that the price is reasonable especially if you get their specials ($4 as of Dec 2023).The vibe is also a bit strange - they try to sell their merch and try to be all hipster and what not.

Came here for bubble tea. Got their brown sugar milk tea... That doesn't come with brown sugar pearls and doesn't have any brown sugar. It was expensive to begin with and then I had to pay extra to add the pearls which aren't even called brown sugar pearls, they are called vanilla bean pearls. There was no brown sugar flavor, just vanilla. So I am not sure why they called it brown sugar. Very disappointing.

Music is blasting loud and uncomfortable. Signs outside and staff t-shirts use rude humour saying things like "come taste our balls". Staff is slow and unprofessional. Food and drink is way overpriced considering that it is mostly just water and very small portions. I will not be coming back anytime soon.

Such an amazing place. I've never had a bad experience here and the atmosphere is just amazing. I would personally recommend anything brown sugar if you're coming here and I would also recommend fries!

The boba plushies steal the points !cute environment - quite spacious with a little retail section in front of the cash registers.This place should advertise the small as mini in all honesty - because even for a small - food portion was disappointing.I've had a lot of salty peppery nuggets on my journeys and this one stole the cake - for being one of the most disappointing... partly based on portion for dollar value - but mainly I was trying to figure out when they were made - because they really tasted fresh from the microwave - and that's a huge NO for meThai milk tea was more on the bitter end - and that was surprising as I forgot to ask for 1/2 sweet so I was ready for a sugar rush from the condensed milk - but to my surprise it was a very bitter - heavy black tea taste to it- and the pearls was not something to write home about...instagram.com/vanleo.eat…I am glad they are a gem for the locals nearby - however for someone who went out of the way to give it a go - I was disappointed.Let me know what the must tries are - so I know what to order if i venture to this part of town again !
