I ordered a pizza as I had a gift card and thought I would treat myself. I chose the create your own pizza option and selected 13”. The pizza was $25 without selecting any toppings and as it was already $25, I thought I would get to select a topping or two for free. The toppings were $3 each. In total I think I had the equivalent of 1 jalapeño on the entire pizza. The pizza was extremely average. I would compare it to eating at dominos where you can get a two topping pizza for $8.99. I would not recommend ordering from Boston Pizza as it’s a huge waste of money and the quality was sub-par.

They advertised topping are generously spread from edge to crispy edge. However, as you can see in the photos, the topping was only in the middle and it dose not taste like pizza. I can only taste bread with sauce and a hint of the topping. Not worth the money at all and very disappointing.

Ma wanted to rekindle a memory, her and my Step Dad would often eat at Boston Pizza so we came here.Place was basically empty, clean, looked very nice. We were promptly seated and our server Matt came along asking if we wanted a drink to start...And it went down hill from there.Ma got a glass of wine, I ordered a Winter Ale and was eventually told they're out, so, ordered something else.We each ordered our lunch, she asked for the Carnivore Pasta meal, I ordered the Big Dipper.When the food came it looked good, Ma started digging into her pasta and me the sandwich.Ma did ask about the garlic toast and Matt pointed at two small baguette ends covered in sauce and said, there they are...When I took a bite out of my sandwich I had to tear the meat apart it was so tough and chewy. I've had this sandwich before at another outlet and it was good...This was definitely not good. My teeth hurt.While we ate we ran out of drinks and wanted more. We finished eating and still hadn't seen Matt or any other staff, so 83 year old Ma took a walk to find him and he was glued to a TV at the bar...What an absolute disappointment...Go somewhere else, Chipotles is right next door, give them a try before going here...And it's interesting...If you look at all the reviews there's absolutely zero accountability on this platform.The owner will direct you to a platform that doesn't define any acknowledgement or responsibility...Shame on you Jim Treliving and Boston Pizza

What happened to BP???? Food is horrible. Baked Ravioli was cold and not baked the garlic toast wasn't toasted soggy and tasted like an dirty over not of garlic. Bandera bread was cold had cheese on only half and didn't have the sauce the should be with it.Very disappointed and won't be back again.This was take out the was picked up at exactly the time quoted by the order taker (20 min)

Their gluten free pizza with vegan cheese was amazing!!!!! I had other toppings on it as well, but it was sooooo good. Better than most regular pizzas. Our server was also amazing. He was very friendly, funny and great to talk to. Very accommodating of my food allergies as well.Dietary restrictions: GF, DF, Soy Free, Almond free and peanut free.

It is a great family restaurant! I am sad to see it more than half empty most on our visits. Such great quick meal with friendly stuff and things for kids to do.
