I came into the place, 3 ladies were at the till doing something, but did not acknowledge that I was standing there, someone else came and asked me what she can get started for me, she left and didn't get my coke, then another woman comes over and asks me what I would.like and she took my.order and it cost $3 for a small Pepsi. Outrageous.I had to give it a 1 star. I wouldn't have given anything.This restaurant is so disorganized and unprofessional.Will not be coming back hereVery disappointed

I had ordered a cake with an edible print here. When it was ready I could not believe my eyes, it was so beautiful ?. The team here is great. They were very helpful and patient from the beginning to the end. They explained the process and answered all my questions patiently and in a friendly manner. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and order more cakes for future occasions. They were all good especially “Rachel” who took my order in person.

Ordered large box of fries was way less somehow over cooked but undercooked onion rings ordered a large received enough for smaller... the buns were hard and dried out and had little meat puck burgers dried out. Fries were soggy. Shame dairy queen we usually love your food someone do a quality control check on the joint.

It took 10 mins to make a poutine. ? Glad I didn’t order ice cream-it would be severely melted.It shouldn’t take that long to put some cheese and gravy on fries. Unless they have to make a new batch of fries. If that was the case, I should have been notified there would be a wait.When I finally asked if something was wrong, I was told ‘we have a lot of orders right now.’ And yet there were 2 workers in the front doing other tasks (not making food.)
This location is zero stars!! Seriously don’t go here for anything other than ice cream! Every single time we go here for burgers they take so so long to make it’s ridiculous. This last time was the last straw! We ordered 2 cheeseburgers at 6:06. At 6:25 we were still waiting for them! They kept saying it’s coming it’s coming! But seriously?? 20 min for a simple cheeseburger in a fast food joint? There is zero adult supervision here and just a bunch of high school kids working. The girls at the front can get you your ice cream pretty quickly but forget about the food! The guys in the back have no idea what to do or how to do it! What a mess! Seriously DO NOT GO HERE if you want actual food! We had to end up getting our money back and canceling our order as we just couldn’t wait any longer!

The location has ample space for the customers. The buster bar I had was quite good and sweet, but it does have peanuts. (Just as a precaution to consider when you are looking to order ice cream like the buster bar.) Otherwise, the bar is worth its price.
