The service was good, but Dairy Queens options vary from store to store. This one did not have the option I wanted. Otherwise overall a good experience.

Veronica is extremely helpful and pleasant. I accidentally left my purse at this location and she found it and kept it safe until I came back to retrieve it. She provided amazing customer service and was very thoughtful and kind. Please promote her if she isn't already the boss/manager. Will definitely visit again just for Veronica! Also the Reese Blizzard was fantastic!

When you order a sundae, and the sign says that it comes with a "free topping", don't be fooled... The topping "is" the syrup. Why even put that on the sign? Just list the syrup flavours. I mean, the prices are ridiculous to begin with, but when I get the service person arguing with me and trying to charge me an extra $1.29 to get an 'actual' topping like peanuts, then you're just not going to get me coming back on principle (since I'm already paying $6 for a cup of soft serve... Btw, Is it even ice cream? Does it have locally sourced ingredients to justify the cost? Or is it just a sugary chemical mix that gets poured into a machine?) Local grocery stores sell much bigger tubs of better quality ice cream for less than the cost of a pitiful sundae here, and the local burger store gives away peanuts for free. Poor value to begin with, but poorer service trumps that, please don't waste your money here. Go next door to the grocery store and buy a box of better tasting treats for the same cost that'll last longer, plus they won't argue with you. My fault for wanting to give the kid a quick treat, but at least we got a good lesson out of it. Definitely not coming back.

We took advantage of a coupon we received in the mailbox and ordered cheeseburgers and onionrings. I could swear that burgers at DQ used to be tasty, however, these cheeseburgers were not. We classified them extremely bad. The onion rings however were tasty and well made.

By far, it was the worst dairy queen experience I've had. My oreo cupfection had 1/3 less ice cream than normal (I've gotten probably 10 in my life). When i asked if I could get more ice cream, she said no. When I said it looked very different than the picture listed, she told me that it isn't supposed to look like that. I think that's extremely false advertising, and she was very condescending in her delivery. Not worth $7. Don't go here.

Went as a late night snack, saw on the menu that there was a special blizzard. Was going back and fourth if I wanted to purchase as I wasn't sure if I would like it, I didn't. Usually I would just bite the bullet, but decided that because there was no line and very quiet that I would nicely ask the staff if I could have a different flavour. The person I talked to randomly said that I had to pay half the amount for a new one which caught me off guard, I asked if it was a policy because no one has ever asked that at a different food place. He wasn't very sure of what he was saying and was stumbling on his words, and was very rude. And also added if I had a problem I should take it up with Dairy Queen! anyways, I get if it's actually a policy but he seemed very dismissive and rude for no reason.. I just wanted my blizzard man.

Second time visiting DQ, and this time I tried their chicken basket. It seemed like there was too much of the sauce, and I felt that the chicken fingers were over-complimented by it, which made it difficult to savour. The fries were good, however. Thank you DQ!

The handle on the door is a big spoon so that was cool. The clerk did not turn my Blizzard all the way upside down. It was like a half turn. This did not illustrate the thickness of my ice cream treat fully.

1475 Prairie Ave Port Coquitlam BCV3B 1T3 CanadaSunday - 8:45pmI really don't get it. Isn't there someone who controls the employees here? or does the trainee teach them like this?I have never come across such a rude employee in my entire life.

I came in to pick up lunch and the staff were friendly and attentive. What impressed me was the gentleman behind the counter. He saw my hand bandage and my hospital band and offered to carry my purchase out to my car. I did not need the help but appreciated the offer. I was impressed. Thank

Why do you always hide the napkins every time I come here? I mean what’s the likelihood that someone eating ice cream might need a napkin? You keep them behind the kiosk and I need to ask and then get attitude? If you’re the owner and you’re that hard up for money, you should find another line of work.
