Food is great. Burgers are good, hotdogs are a favorite of the kids. Service is quick, fries are hot. A bit pricey but then again, so is everything these days. Will eat here again.

I went there this morning as I've always enjoyed their food and I was nearby. 11:30 am I ordered a hot dog with cheese (mustard, relish and chopped onions) and a small order of fries. An hour later all Hell broke loose and remained the same until about 30 minutes ago. Don't order hotdogs. I thought deeply with all the time I had sitting and besides a bagel with cream cheese and a yogurt earlier, this was the likely culprit.

I've ate at a different location before, so I love the food. But the staff at this location in maple ridge was terrrrrible! Before ordering there was a claw machine which piqued my interest. There were several signs which indicate you can play cheap at $1. But at the slot where you put money in there was one where $2(toonies) were accepted. So I inserted a toonie in. And it ate my coin! I complained at the staff, and she came over and told meThat I'm supposed to put a loonie in. I said if I wanted to play once I would. But from experience I always had to put in several times. She said I can't do anything about it. And left... I kicked the machine and she said she was going to call the cops. I said I wanted to speak with the manager and she told me to leave. So I left... I am extremely dissatisfied with the way she talked to me and dealing with the situation. I ate as subway next door instead, and I enjoyed my meal there! The prices were far more reasonable, and their customer service was far more understanding. Shame on this locations worker! ???
The only burger place that can claim that they are the "best" while also having the awards and accolades to prove it. Five guys is consistently good, you can order 300 times and it'll taste the same each time.
I don't think that I'm saying anything new that hasn't been said before, but I think that it's still worth repeating - their burgers are some of the best I've had.They don't do anything special, or fancy, they just do one thing very well. Also always order their cajun style fries over their regular ones. Their extra seasoning makes the fries that much better.If you haven't had their burgers yet, please go and try it at least once.
