This place used to be so good. Not sure if they've changed their recipes or the quality of ingredients they put in their smoothies but they are so watered down, there's hardly any flavour in them. Tried our usual smoothies on 2 seperate occasions and same experience both times. Better off going to booster or jugo juice.

Ordered a cobb salad and chicken.Avocado was bad and the taste of it permeated the whole salad.20$ for small salad with a rotten avocado.Won't go here again.

I for one do not understand why people like this place, or why they would choose to go here for say a burrito when there is an actual burrito place a couple doors down. The service was terrible. I had an online order that should have been ready for 5pm and the girl did not start making it until 5:20pm even with me standing there. It was not just her fault she was dealing with a massive cooperate order and working alone. There was also at least six people there just waiting to order who stood there 20 minutes(WHY!?) The food really is not good for the high price you pay. I also added meat in the daily burrito and when I finally got it 25 minutes late when most of my work break was already over, I discovered she had forgotten to put the meat in the burrito even though I paid to add chicken. Terrible experienceManagement did make it right when I called in to complain and I got a free chicken burrito a different day but it still is not good quality food, service or environment. Personally I can't believe this place survives

Good healthy and tasty food. The only thing I would change is the price. The quality isn't properly priced, as you could easily make the same quality food at home.

This used to be my Fresshii of choice, but I'm finding everytine I come here I'm getting less and less. It would be nice if it the ingredients at least filled the bowl for the price. Langley seems to be the best one niw

This is the best Freshii location. Food is consistently tasting very good. Portions are as advertised on their boards. Staff is friendly and welcoming. We at Freshii's regularly and this location is by far the best.

Service is very mediocre. Not what you would expect from someone who's in a hospitality industry (I worked as a server for years) there is also the fact that not once but twice I have asked for a tofu bowl and have instead been given chicken. Not sure if it's improper training or just young arrogance, but having been vegetarian for years and having two close calls where I nearly eat meat I will never be going back to this location.
Good Food and proper portions and Staff is very friendly.

Spent $10 on a healthy smoothie. Got a watery mess. Had to take it back to get it remade. The remade one was great. It should have been obvious though that the first one wasn't right - someone paying $10 for a smoothie is going to expect something made right, not $2 burger King level quality.

i love freshii, but not this location. there's always been a weird vibe in there, all the workers look miserable and act like it. service is not great and who i assume to be the manager is always glaring at customers and seems a little off. the food is never as tasty as other locations and they frequently 'forget' add ons or special requests. not the proper way to conduct a business imo if you want returning customers but i won't be returning so that's not my problem !do better, poco freshii.
