We had a problem with the menu and service staff at this location. I ordered the chicken tikka bowl off the menu and the staff did not inform me that the sauce is spicy and the menu does not state this as well. The staff was friendly but inexperienced as she knew I was ordering to share with my young kid yet failed to inform me how spicy the sauce is. My kid is having stomach issue right now due to the spice and we are so disappointed that the staff did not take any measures to rectify the situation when I repeatedly told her that the food is too spicy to eat. We wasted $18 here and will not recommend this location to anyone. Highly suggest management to make changes to the menu to inform spicy levels to customers and train their staff better.

I received my burrito burnt as the image shows. When I went back to tell them this is burnt and uncomfortable to consume, they mentioned this is how people like it. When asking for a replacement, the employee in response was incredibly rude and insisted this was the generalized public’s preference instead of attending to my specific request. Instead of making me a new one, I was forced to pay for a new burrito. I am very dissatisfied with the service I received. Freshii, do better.
Great staff, very helpful in answering my questions. Smoothie was good, however they removed MCT oil from the menu which is very disappointing as that was one of the reasons why this was my favourite smoothie place.

I ordered 2 burritos, then girl started making bowls. I asked nicely is that my order. She said yes, then I told her I ordered burritos. After trying to tell her a few times, she finished making the bowls, gave the bowls to me and told me that I ordered bowls. I left confused. And to top that off the bowls were half full and mostly rice. It did taste that great and I was not to happy with the service.

Hopefully this will get corporate attention.My family of 6 order Freshii nearly once a week in Calgary, we love it. It is consistent, the service is top notch, and our drinks are modified correctly to our liking. We love it so much we get Freshii gift cards for Christmas!When in Van, we place orders for the same thing as we normally do in Calgary, and it’s NEVER the same.Three different locations we’ve visited in B.C, leaving disappointed.My smoothie tastes like banana and whey, if I wanted a banana and whey smoothie, I would blend some in my own kitchen. I don’t come to Freshii to pay 10$ for a smoothie I can make myself.Either realign your team on training or change the Vision of your company, because consistency in service and guest satisfaction is not one of the Values you follow.And as a brand you are not considered a Cheap/Value brand.You must make sure quality and service is linear between each branch.P.S I believe it’s important to add that I came here last month in the evening of December 24th to buy a GC, and the woman who served me was on the store phone speaking to what seemed like a relative. I didn’t mind it what so ever at the time, until I got home and called the location to ask a question and the line rang for eternity, I called back twice more, no one answered. So I had to drive back to the store. When I walked in the lady was in the back, possibly watching TV or occupying the line.

This is the second time this location has forgotten to put any vegetables in my smokehouse burrito. It was just beans, rice and yogurt sauce which made me really sad as I had already gotten home when i realized. The lady who made it had headphones in and was speaking on the phone, so perhaps that’s what distracted her.

I’ve found this Freshii to be the worst one in the area. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is the second time I’ve order from them and they’ve completely ignored what I’ve requested on my order. Today I ordered a wrap with added bacon and feta cheese. Also to sub the sauce the comes on it with a different sauce due to an allergy. I ordered online so I wasn’t able to make sure they did the correct wrap in person. Sadly, not only was there no cheese or bacon added on to the wrap. ($4 extra isn’t a lot, but I paid for something to be added, I expect it to be added). But the rice is rock hard! Not even cooked in the slightest. And overall, the sauce wasn’t changed either. So unfortunately this wrap went straight to the garbage. I definitely would not recommend this Freshii to anyone. There are a couple in the area so I would suggest making the trip to those for a better experience.

The atmosphere isn't friendly or welcoming and the staff watch you like a hawk while you are reading the menu or choosing your beverage, all while speaking to one another in a language we don't use and snickering. It's off-putting! Never a smile or gesture of warmth, they could benefit from a course on manners and good customer service. Often we'll use a coupon so we can afford to tip well. Today, our bowls came out with maybe half of the normal serving. At other locations we can never finish a bowl... they are so filling! We noticed another couple with heaped bowls and chatted with them. They didn't use a coupon - I guess that's why they got the right amount. We've been at this location 5 or 6 times now and I decided to write about our experience today because we're fed up and completely disappointed. Is $5 less really cause for this level of rudeness? Wish we didn't give them a tip. We'll go elsewhere.

if i could leave 0 stars i would. this is the most disgusting bowl i’ve ever gotten from any Freshii i’ve ever been to. I’m actually sick to my stomach about how nasty it was. First, my rice was not only burnt which they tried to cover up with adding more veggies but there was this “mysterious” piece that looked burnt and congealed with other unknown substances. I’d also like to add that on my teriyaki bowl i added mushroom which upon opening my bowl because i ordered through uber eats (working late and can’t make it to your store in person) the mushrooms smelled so putrid as if they had been in your fridge for weeks and the rest of the bowl had a very fishy odour to it. Really put me off for a while tbh.
