Got a dirty milk tea with pearls. Close to $7 and it wasn’t very big. Pearls were not fully cooked. No tea flavour at all. Just sugar milk. Very sweet. It was a mistake going here.

I went in for the first time to get a hot mocha. That cost me over $5. And as it was really the only place to get a coffee or something like this in the area. I thought it might be pretty good. It was on my way to Michael's so that I could have a nice hot drink. However, the coffee mocha that I got was cold. So I took it back and all he did was to add hot water to it. Which diluted it into the thin awful tasting thing. And I should have demanded him make me a new one. They probably didn't even heat the milk at all. They used cold milk which made the drink cold. So I would not recommend this place at all. At least for the drinks, the coffee drinks. I'm not sure why there isn't a Starbucks in this mall area because there is no Starbucks around where Michael's is in Coquitlam.

Super cute hidden gem in Port Coquitlam with a large selection on their menu. I find you don’t often find bubble tea places that’ll do non dairy or have non dairy milk options for their bubble tea but this place does which is so wonderful. It was pretty empty when I went and they didn’t have a sign outsider the store to say what it is.

Speak of a real hidden gem! I had no idea this place existed. I was in the area and decided to pop in while waiting for a friend. I got a mango smoothie with oat milk and it was quite delicious to my surprise. They have so many options on their menu as well which Is awesome

Walked with my daughter to this location as a nice mother daughter outing..my daughter brought all of her change looking forward to a bubble tea..the total is $7.75 and my daughter had $7.70..I get we are 5 cents short..but really?? She's been going there for years and in my opinion was a missed opportunity to keep a happy customer. Had to get my husband to drive over to us to bring the 5 cents.. couldn't have kicked in from the tip jar..no..okay..your loss..

The "Full of Grapefruit" tea was delicious! The amount of grapefruit pulp was so refreshing, yet was well balanced with the green tea. The brown sugar pearls rounded up the flavours. I would definitely get it again.

❤ "full of grapefruit" (w green tea) and "uji matcha" were really good. Grapefruit was real juice and pulp; blended well with the tea flavour. Matcha w whipped cream was smooth, not grainy.

Was disappointed with the tea for the price point. There are better bubble tea place in few blocks distance.

The roasted milk tea is great. The pearls are very tasty and soft. One of the better ones in the area.Their Full of Peach was not good though. Had weird chunks of hard peach in it, yet the flavour still wasn't there.Overpriced for what you get.

Everyone must try their taro dirty milk. SO good. Incredibly good. The owner is really friendly too. I could tell she uses all the best ingredients. Especially in the taro dirty milk i ordered everytime, they use real taro and brown sugar pearls, not like taro powder and chewy regular pearls in other bbt places. btw, they have buy 2 get 1 for free promo going now:)
