Lived in poco for a long time now and omega has always been a staple in the community. Not sure what happened but recently it’s gone to the birds. I swore I wouldn’t order again when the last time they messed my whole $100 order up, (they offered a $50 credit) but it’s been some months and I thought I would try again. Another $90Down the drain. The pizzas were wrong, the wings weren’t the flavour we ordered and the 2L soda had to be delivered 45 mins later, not to mention the driver couldn’t find our address (literally on Shaughnessy st it doesn’t get easier than this) when we called the restaurant they offered us another $50 credit. Save your self and move on!!! Sad to see such an institution go to isht!!

i ordered a pizza and wing combo. I'll start with the positive. The pizza, although nothing to write home about, was adequate. The wings are another story. There must be a chicken farm someplace that cuts the wings off as soon as the chicken has hatched. Never seen wings so small. I ordered 2 sauces on the side, hot and blue cheese dressing. Hot sauce was ok. Blue cheese dressing was disgusting. I don't even think was blue cheese dressing, II don't know what it was. In summary, if you want an average pizza and the worlds worst wings, this is your place.

The customer service/ employees was amazing which made the whole experience really positive. The food we ordered was the lasagna, which my husband found tasty ( a little salty) but great addition to their menu.
The ready to grab pizza slices was so old that my jaw hurt from chewing the slice I bought. Most places throw away slices and put up fresh ones after 2 hours of not selling but these guys keep the pizza in there all day until it sells. So gross

Last few times I’ve been into the establishment the customer service was terrible, food was basically ready to be thrown out. To make matters worse they heated up my slices in the microwave. Will not be going back.
Worst pizza ever, skimpy. dry and lacking in every aspect. Must be new owners. Save your money and order from ANY place.but here. Garbage
