This pizza pizza is completely different than other locations, all the toppings are appropriately spread on the pizza without cost cutting. The taste is also much better than other locations.

We ordered the XL Spicy Chicken Pizza. There was on average one small piece of chicken per slice. Some slices did not have any chicken on them at all. We are usually very happy with their pizza and wanted to try something different. We called the customer service and we were told to contact Uber Eats who we ordered from and make our complaint to them as there was nothing Pizza Pizza could do. They also stated they could not transfer us to the Port Coquitlam location from whom which we ordered. The customer service rep ended the call with " is there any more I can help you with today? " With which we responded " you did not help ". I am attaching a picture of the pizza and the size of a piece of chicken that we found on one piece. We did contact Uber Eats who refunded us $4.70 for the price of the chicken missing. We are Ok with that but disappointed that our " Spicy Chicken Pizza " had next to no chicken.

I'm originally from Ontario. I've been eating Pizza Pizza from the 70's. I was somewhat happy to see it expanding here. Never a bad Pizza or complaint from times go past. Here? A different storey. 2 orders ago, regular crust, raw dough. Tonight, thin crust because I thought it might help them out. Nope. Raw things crust dough. How can you not cook a thin crust pizza? Great toppings for chain pizza but the best chain pizza you'll get, if they learn how to cook the dough

A large pepperoni for $11.49!The quality of the pizza is good, not soggy, cheese is tasty, pepperoni are crispy, dough is neutral and perfect. This is not the best pizza place but it is the most affordable. Some places charge $10 for 2 slices of pizza, here you can get a large pizza for $12. Employees are nice and sweet, and it’s clean inside. Highly recommend coming by and grabbing a classic pie.

We ordered here last Friday, unfortunetly the Pizza dough was soggy, way to much sauce, the toppings were just sliding off when you picked up a slice up. Not the tastiest Pizza. They were very busy, so we might give them another chance.

Terrible customer service. Messed up my food item (I am allergic to cheese) and they only offered 50% off that item or replacement. I opted for the replacement and it took an hour and a half for the replacement food that arrived after everyone else has eaten. Customer service team was useless placing on unessisarily long holds coming back each time with no solution?

I came here Jan 21st asking for a crave combo, the offer being valid until Feb 22, 2024. The cashier says that they took the offer out of her system. It is either she is incompetent or they are not honoring their fliers. I will not come here again.
