Someones angel

My recent visit to Quiznos was a bit of a letdown. The new owner, especially in the morning, was a bit messy when making the sandwiches. They had all the toppings and meats covered with metal, so you couldn't see what was going on. And here's the kicker, they didn't even know how to make a proper sandwich! The taste was definitely lacking. But wait, it gets worse. The owner never changed their gloves, using the same ones on the food and the till. I even saw them scratching their face and touching their eyebrows with those gloves! ? It made me feel like I was gonna toss my sub right then and there. Seriously, someone needs to step in and give them a crash course in cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety. It's not cool, man.

I am sadly disappointed I ordered and paid for a 9 inch sub and when it was handed to me I could tell it was Not 9inches but didn't want to dispute as I couldn't measure till I got home. It was 7inches and I paid for 9inch not okay!!! I also asked for no onions. I feel ripped off for my money and won't be back. However despite having onions on it I picked some out the sub tasted great.

This place has gone down hill since new owners. They charge for extra toppings. They have never charged me if I wanted pickles on my sandwhich. Avoid this place. Maybe try another quiznos which has no problem me asking for extra toppings. Or just go to subway so much better.

I ordered the meatball sandwich, and that's what came. To the left of the image, the real thing, and on the right is the photo from their website. Ridiculous.Edit: I won't return, and don't recommend your store. I may try another one to see if they also try to rip me off like you guys did.

Ordered a turkey bacon guacamole, no bacon on it and very little guacamole. The sub is now a thin smaller bun and very little put inside and not worth the money anymore. The taste of the sub was nothing like it used to be. The 2 women behind the counter understands very little English so it was difficult to explain anything to them and hardly understood what I was trying to tell them. I will never order anything here ever again. Save your money and don't order here.

Usually love the broccoli cheddar soup from Quiznos but this one gave me the absolute most disgusting soup ive ever tasted. Im not sure if it had gone bad but i couldn't even eat it! The sub i got as well was slapped together and pretty much empty of any meat and no veggies whatsoever.You guys guve Quiznos a bad name, do better!!

The last two times I ordered lunch from here they sent the wrong order. How flipping hard is it to match the name to the order? You’ve wasted my time and my money twice now. You’ve lost a long time customer.

Should have read the reviews but it has been a while since I’ve been in any Quiznos and it was an impulse.Where to begin with how appallingly bad an experience buying a $14 sub can be.Asked what I’d like on it, I said “everything” and the guy behind the counter actually balked! He asks me again and I have to physically lean over the counter because all the toppings are concealed behind a solid steel hood. I ask for lettuce and he literally applies several thin wisps of lettuce with his fingers as if he was adding a pinch of salt. I’m incredulous. It’s the same for every single topping which he makes me specifically ask for. You’d think they were paying someone’s wages with whatever they save by being able to slice one less tomato every day.And then the gall to turn the card reader towards me with tips already highlighted.Avoid this place unless it’s the actual zombie apocalypse and you need a place to hide. But whatever you do, don’t eat the food.

If I could give this place a negative I would. I ordered a box for a staff meeting and asked for delivery at 11 am. They said ok. I prepaid already. Day off 11:15 they haven’t arrived. So I go over and see they haven’t even finished half the box. Mind you they charged 60 plus tax for this box. They don’t finish until 11:35 and to boot the box is just bread wrapped up. So little filling that the box is not even 3/4 filled and 1/4 empty even with two containers of pickles. Literally, no filling at all. I open it up in front of the guy and point out the sliver of one meat. Some bacons bits and sauce. The level of cheap is just astounding at this point. He tries to argue that there is filling. How can you run a business when you are this stingy and don’t care about the quality of the product that you put out.

Owner is rude. Wrong delivery by uber eat order, wrong size, wrong sandwich to deliver yet no apology, screaming his lungs out to customer. All i want was right sandwich to deliver to my kid while i was at work. Terrible.
