Staff do not care at all. Not friendly and the only thing consistent in that building is they WILL screw up your order every single time.Edit: Why would I do that? So I can waste more time and you guys can continue to screw everything up and change nothing? This silly generic response just pissed me off more. Do something because clearly everyone is complaining of the same thing and you're just wasting everyone's time while you destroy a Canadian icon.

I used to go to this timmies somewhat regularly but it got so bad that i had to stop going. order an iced coffee? you got about a 30% chance of it being good. ive received burnt bagels & breakfast sandwiches. the staff changes frequently and seems stressed all the time (maybe train people up properly and pay them more lol) i don’t blame the staff because honestly if i was making minimum wage id also give minimum effort. such a shame because i love timmies but i now only go to the one on lougheed because it is reliable with their quality.

Really bad experience, the manager at this location not only shouts at her staff but also just threw my order on the counter with no courtesy , as she had to redo it for some reason. If you are in the service industry you cannot take out your anger towards

really need to be organized, running into each other even if there is 1 customer in the store and 2 cars in drive thur and 6 people working in the kitchen. food is good

Asked me and other customers to move through the drive thru and pick up our food on the other side so they could pad their performance stats. I contacted corporate and said they take it seriously and would look into it, I don't believe they care either. If anyone in any drive thru asks you to this, refuse until you get what you paid for.

I've gone to this Tim Hortons over the years. It has been going downhill for quite sometime. The staff do not seem to care and they are not friendly. The staff seems to change frequently. The quality of the food is not good. I've had burnt bagels given to me with no care and a blob of butter in the middle. I don't want to have to go back to get my bagel made correctly.... They are more worried about getting the order out fast then the quality of it.

This is a drive-thru and walk-in location only. No dine in. It's probably not their fault but I had to wait about 10 minutes for my breakfast sandwich because they had no eggs made up. They did give me a free small coffee for my wait.

Hello, your Filipina employees are extremely rude, you'll feel like she doesn't want to entertain customers over the counter, very intimidating. Its sucks, I don't want to leave a review but I felt like I need to raise awareness to the owner it happens all the time.btw, I'm a regular here.

Used to be good but it seems like they never have more than five types of donuts, and the cashier just doesn't care. Just today she said "Hi there" and immediately began speaking to her colleague when I was about to order. She didn't even hand me my order, she just tossed it on the counter without saying anything.It might be an understaffing or management issue, but either way I'd much rather take a 15 minute detour and go elsewhere that at least pretends to give one.

Came to get a Turkey Melt it was burnt and ripped up right out if the bag. People have jobs that they come from to get Drive though and this locations has a track record of sub par food. They don't even have online refund so the person has to drive back to the location to get a refund I mean gas is $2 why would I drive 10kms to return a $12 order? This location is hands down the worst Tim Hortons location in Port Coquitlam. If the owners of the restaurant would like to reach out for a picture of art their employees produced feel free to reach out I did a photoshoot for you guys. Thanks.
