Horribly low quality baked goods. We live in Kelowna where there is no Persian Bakery. I normally buy from Rex bakery in North Vancouver but we were not going all the way into Vancouver so I googled and found this place....the good reviews must be one-offs or old.The store is extremely crowded and difficult to shop in. I was in there with my partner and two other women walked in and we were all tripping over each other and the untidy shelves trying to shop around. The pasteries are extremely stale. My partner went to order a pistachio cream roll and was told he can't have it because it has gone bad and they can't sell them. The question is why is the tray still on display. The woman left the tray in the display after informing us we couldn't have any because they had gone bad.I purchased two large boxes of other baked goods ..my own fault, the clerk's admission to having old/expired goods on display should have been enough to stop me from buying more but we live in a town with no Persian stores and I really wanted to come back with some for myself and for family.Well...the pasteries are completely dried up and stale. Some were difficult to bite into. I paid almost $70 for two boxes. They will be going into the trash. There were two large fridges at the very end of the store, one had cakes in it that looked like had been sitting in there for a few weeks, now the other cake comments make sense. The fridges were dirty inside and looked like had not been cleaned in months.Overall, extremely poor shopping experience and quality. Save your money. I understand North Vancouver is far from Coquitlam but honestly worth the drive to Rex on 16th Avenue in North Vancouver for the quality and freshness of their baked goods and lots.of other options for general Persian groceries in North Van as well.

First time being at this little store. Tried a few of their bakery items. Everything was very good! And very friendly staff too. Will be back!

Small Persian grocery/bakery packed full of items from Iran. Lots of bakery item options are snacks are paid by the pound. Great place to try some new treats or bring some treats to friends. You can ask for a box or just a paper bag of the bakery items which includes cream puffs, cakes, and a large variety of cookies. Bought approximately 5 sweets for $5.

The quality , taste and freshness of the bakery sweets is on point . My mother a very picky Persian woman loves the sweets from here and recommended to only get it from there .There walnut cookies and coconut macaroons are to die for and perfect combo with a tea or coffee

We have been coming to this lovely bakery for over a year now. Delicious, fresh, and well presented Persian sweets every time. Our favourites: bamieh + noon e khamei (cream puffs). Enjoy! ?

Bought a birthday cake and some so called "fresh" pastry from here. Cake was poorly done and pastries were not fresh. This is a terrible bakery and business.
