I visited this cafe today for the first time and it must have been the last time I visited this cafe. The staff of this cafe treated the customers very disrespectfully and rudely. There was a lady there today who was very rude.Because they take orders from you and give you whatever they want, and they think that the customer doesn't understand. Make sure to check the order you take from them. This happened to me today, and if I didn't realize it, I would have brought my wrong order out, and this is the issue for them. It seems quite normal!!!!They take the order from you, and if they don't have it in stock, they still don't tell you that we don't have it in stock, and they give you whatever they want, they only take money, without proper service, and when you realize that you received your order wrongly, they laugh at you.and without any apology she say it's Ok, you should wait for that !!!!!!!No matter how much I say about the rudeness and arrogance of the lady who worked there and the rudeness of the man who worked there, I didn't say much, the service was awful and below zero.

I come here very regularly and have always been happy. This visit today there was a man who’s tag said “manager”. I just asked about the power outlets bc only 1 outlet in the entire cafe works.He was very rude and just kept telling me “you want coffee or tea” instead of just answering my question about the outlets.Very rude tone. Not coming back again. I only left a 2 star bc of my previous pleasant experiences otherwise it would be a 1 star based on this experience alone.

It’s unfortunate the owner is clueless when it comes to playing nice in the sand box. If you want to be treated with rudeness and outright hostility then this is your place. Not for me, I am happy spending my money where I am not confronted and rushed to leave because a friend sits down to chat for a few minutes. This owner doesn’t deserve my business. If i need to give my money to a clown, I will go to McD!

I was there with 4 grandchildren. The person who helped us was so pleasant. The older kids had hot chocolate with whipped cream (and a marshmallow) . The little ones had cold milk but the lady came over to our table and gave them each a marshmallow too so they wouldn’t feel left out. A small but very appreciated touch. Someone who knows kids?It was a great experience because of her.
Highly recommended! Hazelnut Latte was just amazing. Got to meet the owner and their baristas. Beautiful place and such friendly people who work there! Once in BC will be back for sure for another drink and sweets!??

I got to spend a few hours at Waves today while waiting for my vehicle to finish being serviced and had a delightful time. Amir and Natalie were both extremely helpful, patient, kind, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. The food and drink I had were also delicious and very well made. I go to the school next door and when I went in to buy a croissant ( I had my own coffee from somewhere else ) the man called me something very terrible in Farsi which he thought I didn’t understand but I do .it’s disgusting the way they treat people . Won’t be going back there
