We tried to dine in on a Sunday night. Waiting 15 mins for a table when restaurant half empty. Waited at table about 15 minutes more was not even asked if we wanted water. Watch tables all around us seated and helped. Finally got asked if we were helped and we said no. Still guy walked away and left another 2 minutes without returning we walked out with hungry kids.

It used to be so good and I’m just amazed at how bad the food has gotten. How do you mess up a Legendary? It was so bad I couldn’t finish it. I gave them a second chance and they burnt my chicken wrap so bad. Why would you serve that when you can clearly both see and smell it’s not right?! I’ve eaten at white spot more times than I’d like to admit, but will never return to this location ever again.

I ordered chicken wraps. Quality is low, not tasty. Portion very small. Salad has 95% spinach. I never gonna order here.

We love whitespot! But this time, our table was dirty. Out seater was grumpy and short. And we never had the same server...they split us up I think, and service was poor as a result.

Came in for breakfast. The waitress seemed less than excited to be there but order came perfect down to the well done hash browns so I was overall satisfied with my experience. Always a pleasure to eat here.

There is a hostess there named Sabrina . I have been going to this Whitespot lot of times . Sabrina is so kind and polite . There should be more people like Sabrina . Most people at this place looks stressed out . Sabrina although through a busy stressful environment still is professional and always has a smile . Keep up the good attitude Sabrina as it’s much appreciated from customers and it’s people like you that make us come back to that restaurant

We were put in a booth where one of our guests couldn't sit. Right next to the party of children. Every time we are in there is next to the loudest Children's party on earth. The menu is very pricey and I could only find one thing I could eat which was chicken fingers with plum sauce. I don't know how everyone else eats around me at my party turned me off considerably. I don't think they actually tasted their food, which is a shame really.I am dairy allergic and found nothing I could really eat without making lots of substitutions and pissing off the cooks. I found the menu to be daunting and I was out of my league and there were vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options with a disclaimer saying "we are not at fault for cross contamination" I found this very dumb cross contamination can happen anywhere at any establishment and saying your not at fault should really be a large sign on the front of your door and on your menu FYI. Because if you want to cover your butt say it everywhere it constitutes as well as from your front of house staff make sure that everyone knows and understands it. Make sure your front of house staff tell your guests each menu comes with gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options and where to look for them not everyone will read the menu thoroughly unlike myself.I find eating at restaurants ever so more daunting with this allergy than ever before.I also found that the server pushed us to order after the rest of our party arrived like 2mins after they got their drinks. It was like hurry up and order now usually after everyone closes their menus then people are ready to order not while people are still scanning through being pushed by the party to hurry up. If we wanted to get in and get our service we would have gone fast food. Remember customers who come back time and time again are your bread and butter to your restaurant also to make new return guests is not to put pressure on people to hurry up and order like now, some people need to take time to read a menu.Vegetarian options: There were vegan and vegetarian options but like 7 dishes that was it.Dietary restrictions: There was gluten free but nothing else for those who have other dietary restrictions.Parking: There were maybe 6 spots available it looked like people from Costco and a lot of the staff were using the lot as well.Kid-friendliness: Pirate packs but you had to ask for that menu.
