Since they close quite early (5p.m., which is a pity for no outdoor coffee in summer late afternoons!), we were politely asked if we would take paper cups when we arrived at around 4:30p.m. Although it would be nicer to use mugs, we had no choice but to forget environmental concerns for once! The cappucino was good though, so was the banana cake!Next time we would arrive earlier to enjoy the atmosphere, the decor and relax more! (lap-top free on weekends!! And 90 min slot on busy hours!

A very cozy place with delicious food. I only wish it had a few couches and a gluten-free option, but otherwise perfect!

This is my favorite coffee shop for many reasons! The baristas are always so friendly, thoughtful, and provide excellent customer service. The coffee is so delicious and high quality. I usually get a mocha and also love their wheat-free fudge brownie and Tuscan breakfast wrap (to die for). Everything always tastes fresh and the mocha is always made to perfection. It's a busy location but they manage to have your order ready within minutes. I am so impressed! I also appreciate the new additions to each of the tables to ensure everyone gets to enjoy this beautiful spot. Thank you to everyone at Caffé Divano for making this a special and memorable café for me. I will always come back.

The food was tasty, and even though I just got a drip coffee, that was very good too. It's a bit on the pricier end but not unreasonable for the freshness and quality

I want to like this spot because of its close proximity, but we’ve had multiple odd interactions with the manager. We would often go here to get a coffee and snack with our toddler and it’s was fine. Nothing great, but nothing bad, just fine. Until we bought a gabby and Jules chicken pot pie (something we love and buy often directly from gaby and Jules). The one we bought from divano wasn’t a chicken pot pie although labelled as such. It was a butter chicken one that was mislabeled and it wasn’t a good fit for our toddler. We called to let them know they’d sold us a mislabeled pie and they said they would allow us to come in and get a new one. We thought, “great, problem solved” and were happy with the solution. The manager instead gave us a gift card for the value which we didn’t ask for but accepted. Then we came back and it didn’t work, it was deactivated by the manager. We asked about it and he said he would replace the pie like originally said but reneged on the offer. It’s just odd, uncomfortable and unnecessary. It’s also a wild waste of time for everyone. I hope this spot sees that they aren’t the only coffee shop around anymore and decide to treat their customers with more kindness and honour their own words.

Honestly one of the best latte’s I’ve had in ages in BC. This took me back to my recent trip to Melbourne, Australia and their world famous coffee culture. Grabbed a to go latte in a rush this morning so no opportunity to take pics (beyond the cup with me) of the establishment but it was well laid out with a great coffee house feel and plenty of seating both inside and out. They also had a wide assortment of pastries and food items in general which all looked delicious, I will definitely be back and update the review with more pictures accordingly.

Wen there this morning to get a coffee and lady there taking our order and making the americano was super rude and disrespectful.

My bf loves this place, has only good things to say about the staff. Got a chicken wrap today for the first time, it was ok, but I'm picky. Bf loves the foodMy only real complaint is the sizing. A medium is literally a small... Not ok for the price. If I'm paying this much for a medium, I want a medium.

Love the coffee, food and service. Get the peanut butter cookie if you can. Would be even better with some comfortable seating, I’m not a fan of hard wooden chairs. Decent selection of vegetarian options, and lots for breakfast, lunch, or snack. Great espresso and interesting seasonal drinks.

Staff were lovely, not impressed with the food: small hot latte drink is very small, got no sleeve for this size so drink was doubled cupped but still very hot to hold - tasted fine.Crostata was under cooked, the pastry dough was not cooked through.Giving the staff the benefit of the doubt that they would probably let me exchange for something properly cooked but took food to park to eat.

Although service came with a smile, there really wasn't much service at all. I find it off-putting when spending over $3.50 for a simple drip coffee to then be faced with a touch-screen terminal and asked to go through the rigamarole of a multiple choice option of tipping, or not, before tap-payig. First of all, asking for a tip before services are rendered, to me, is repugnant...for 1) I had a 30 second exchange of words for a $3.50 drip coffee, for 2) it's touch-screen and tap-pay, no cash exchanged, no change calculated back, and 3) the young lady who took my order immediately went back to jibber-jabbering with another young lady behind the counter, both of whom seemed to be doing nothing in particular, especially not getting me the coffee I was just asked to tip them for. Service-wise, the place is terrible, but when a third young lady, from behind the espresso bar, did eventually present my simple drip coffee to go, the brew itself was quite good.

Nice local small coffee shop. Great for coffee and tea, the food is nothing special. Surprised they close so early. I would recommend being open until 8.
