Had an amazing experience with Chef Mark cooking for my Mom's birthday! Not only was the food outstanding, Chef Mark was great to chat with and gave us tips on cooking. Mark came to our house and served the most delicious 3 course menu. He meticulously presented a course from his family’s experience in Costa Rica. Each dish was an art piece that had us all drooling for the next course. He explained each menu item and provided tips for replicating some of the components.
