My co-workers and I went to Freshii on our lunch break and all ordered three different bowls. I had ordered before (not a good experience) this as well but thought I would give it another chance. The noodles for my co-workers and rice for me were not cooked. Prior to coming to this Freshii location, I would frequently go to Freshii (Maple Ridge) and have always loved it. This has definitely turned me away from ordering here again. The service is fine but the food is not good. It also had a strange odor the day we walked in.

Hit and miss with the quality of the ingredients. Like the menu, but they have no qualms about serving less than fresh ingredients.Ordered a salad. Picked out all the mushy lettuce that I didn't want to take the chance eating. Found one leaf that still had dirt (?) caked on it.Sure wish staff cared more about the food they're offering up.Taking chances here folks.

I ordered a single bowl and a bag of chips off skip the dishes at 8:45 pm. The restaurant was available on the app to order from so they clearly were not closed. I saw the delivery driver was prompt in picking up the order, but when my food arrived, the meal had a sticker left on the lid that said "be on time it's closing" and the bowl was about half the portion it typically is with a measly 5 tofus in the bowl. At first I thought the message was for the delivery driver, but it was directly on the lid of my bowl in a stapled shut paper bag. So clearly the staff were being rude to the customer (me).It's not my problem if you have the app set to open. Set your restaurant to closed and stop taking orders early if you're going to be salty about it. Management should definitely be speaking to their employees who worked tonight because this is pathetic.

A pleasant experience of a veggie Tofu Satay Bowl and admittedly my best experience with Freshii by a long stretch after other visits gave me bad vibes and memories.A vibrant and fresh Buddha bowl with plentiful portions, fresh and crisp veggies, dope satay and a solid portion of super yummy fried tofu.I actually quite rated this and has totally exceeded my Freshii expectations tbh! Would definitely return and I'd probably go for the same grub for sure.
Have been eating the bowls for years and notice that the amount of food is shrinking and pricing is going up. 2 bowls should not cost $29!Management, there is a limit! I for one am out. Lots of options to by healthy food at more reasonable prices. My guess is your revenue is going down in the past few years. Hmmmm, I wonder why.Shame on you for gouging customers.

Stopped by to get a late lunch the other day with my friend. Noticed that the cleanliness has gone downhill. There was only one employee running the restaurant. She was pleasant even though she was run off her feet; preparing food and running the till. There was no cutlery available and asked for it. I don't blame the employee for the conditions. There should be at least 2 employees to maintain cleanliness and for their own safety. The food quality was satisfactory. Probably won't be returning. Was really turned off by the lack of food safe practices. The food was flavorless. Too bad Freshii has become mediocre. Still paying premium prices. Parking is difficult in this location and there is no handicapped parking available either.

Usually love Feshi but not this time. Ordered a Budha Satay bowl with Chicken. Got charged for the chicken but never actually got any chicken. Also not enough sauce to even coat the noodles which where also cold. $16 for a bowl of cold noodles, 3 pieces of broccoli, some shredded carrots and cabbage.

Had the southwest bbq bowl with steak. Would recommend this quick and delicious place for lunch on the go.

The food and service were fine. What really concerned me about this location, was the state of cleanliness. All of the tables inside had not been wiped and had food particles on them - I gave the person working the benefit of the doubt, as they seemed to be the only staff on. However, when I went to use the public restroom I was appalled at the filth - paper towel bits all over the bathroom, a very dirty toilet (pink ring in the toilet bowl), toilet paper not put into its holder, cleaning brushes out in the open. It looked like it had not been attended to in days. Very disappointing for a business that is serving food!
