Usually my favorite place to get a traditional cappuccino, ran in to get one today the girl.working was outfront petting a dog while it was kissing her fingers she ran in to make my coffee and hand me my baked good. The product tasted fine, the fact she didn't bother to wash her hands prior to handling my food and drink was not.

This used to be my go-to coffee shop for the past few years, but not anymore. I consistently encounter one staff member who never makes eye contact and doesn’t seem interested in working there. I tried visiting again recently as I love JJ but had the same experience with the same staff member which was disappointing. The coffee is as good as at other JJ locations.

Like almost all JJ’s, this spot is great. The staff are on it and can steam almond milk to perfection. JJ is an institution.

Compared to Tim Hortons, I was quite disappointed with the coffee quality.

Decent latte and muffin. My husband is a fan of their donuts. There always seems to be a busy crowd here.

It's sad they've removed the beautiful living garden wall at this location. I already miss it and the ambiance of the cafe is very subpar. I enjoy drinking tea but never order it from here, they use the plastic pyramid teabags and you can literally see the micro-plastic particles floating in the water.I used to love JJ bean and it was my favorite cafe in Vancouver years ago, now after moving back after 7 years it feels very sterile and corporate, and like they don't care about their customers.. Plus the prices keep going up and up.

Coffee, food, staff and general business is aiming for top end style. They succeed. Much preferred than a chain style homogeneous approach. Not the most comfy seating. But everything else will impress.

Although pricy the food and drinks are decent. It's just so uncomfortably hot in there every time we go that we end up leaving quickly.

I had the most incredible experience at JJ Bean thanks to the amazing manager, Annie! She went above and beyond to create a delightful Iced Cappuccino with the perfect frothy foam, even though it wasn't on the menu. This special drink made my wife day, and Annie's exceptional service made me feel like a superstar. We’ve been locals in the community for over a decade, and todays experience was the best we’ve had in the community. Annie is simply amazing, and I highly recommend this local JJ Bean, for their outstanding drinks and customer care!5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s

Why does my partners and I coffee look different every time we get one which is almost everyday and tastes different every time we get one? The consistency isn’t there when we get same coffee every time. Literally just threw out my 7 dollar coffee for the third time this week cause it was literally just oat milk no vanilla and can barely taste the coffee. Our coffees looked different even tho we got the same one and size.Literally spent over a 100 bucks this last week!Gonna stick to Starbucks.
