Yesterday I bought multiple pints from the port moody location. When I got home I realized one of the pints isn't what I had asked for. The girl who served me was very nice and mistakes happen so no complains there!But,I am not a fan of salted caramel which was given to me by mistak otherwise I wouldn't bother calling the store/ driving back and I wouldn't keep it even if they had offered, which I think would've been a nice gesture on their part but more importantly, if they had offered, I wouldn't be left wondering whether they resell the returned pints

My favorite local place for ice cream. I always come here with my puppy if we go for walks. I would buy a k9 cone for my pup and I usually get my strawberry ice cream. Best to come when it's not busy.
The summer lineup is an indication of how good this locally-produced ice cream is. We love the variety of flavours and cones. When family comes to visit, we go for an after dinner walk to get ice cream and stroll through the park. One of the many reasons Port Moody is a great location in metro Vancouver.
Service was great but there’s nothing special about the ice cream. But it’s just my personal opinion.

I have enjoyed your ice cream, and compared to other ice cream shops downtown, the price is more affordable.But whenever I visit here, I notice your lineup system in the store is a little unorganized, and a measurement of scoop is inconsistent.It's like hit or miss. Last time, my scoops were way less than my friend, and this time, my friend was not happy with her portions of ice cream.I strongly suggest measuring your ice cream like some other shop indicated in the menu of 1 scoop for 100g, 2 scoops for 150g, or train better for the seasonal workers.

There are problems with the service, although there are a lot of staff, but I was standing in line and one of the girls just called the people behind me, then another did the same, although I knew what I wanted to buy and waited in line, so the rating is a little low.
