I really like this place normally, but considering I don't eat seafood, it's pretty disappointing that I was not offered any option to exchange my deep fried cream cheese roll for something I can eat when I discovered that the cream cheese roll is just a California roll with cream cheese. Apparently ordering through their website is grounds for them to not allow me to exchange for something I can eat.At least update your menu to say that it contains seafood?Pretty bad experience and I am a regular customer. I hope management sorts this out.Edit: I asked to speak to the manager when I called about this issue right away after I checked the food, and the guy sounded like he was talking to someone, and said his managet wouldn't do anything about it anyway because I ordered online. It was pretty bad customer serviceDietary restrictions: Don't order the cream cheese roll if you have seafood allergies.

I had a very bad experience. And I am not going to go there again! I felt the clerk was unfriendly and had a bad service attitude. Back then I went to pick up the takeaway and the clerk asked me to wait at the door, told that the takeaway was not ready yet and they would let me know when it was ready. But at the same time, I saw another clerk with the prepared takeaway on the table. I asked the clerk to help me confirm it, and he was very sure it was not mine, and then walked away. After waiting for a full 15 minutes, I finally spoke to another clerk, and he helped me verify that it was indeed the takeaway that they put it on the table before 15 minutes ago. In addition, an elderly couple behind me waited in line for more than 10 minutes to register, and then they told the couple that they were going to get off work, and then walked away. The elderly couple left helplessly, but they did not forget to delete the record in the registration book.

I found my sushi home in the Tri Cities. Fish is fresh, portions are generous, rolls are well-constructed, and the room is lovely. Prices are a good deal too. Looking forward to my next visit.
The servers were nice and friendly, and the takoyaki was really crispy and the rolls were delicious. I want to come again. That roll with seared salmon on top was delicious.

We appreciated the stir fried veggies with the black cod, which turns it into more of an entree.The sushi was good, but the rice had a sticky texture that distracted from the taste of the fish, rather than complementing it.The fish was good quality.

Ordered dinner for my 5yo daughter who usually gets super full with 3 pieces of salmon nigiri, but these nigiris where so tiny I had to prepare something else to fulfill her at home. Also, they charge the price of regular nigiris. It was ridiculously tiny otherwise I wouldn't be sharing this experience. Value people's money, do your best for clients that choose your restaurant.
