Have to give a shout out to Devam at the spruce land location! ( Prince George) ! Awesome service and very knowledgeable!! I don’t do fast food often so when I do I go big haha. Had a poutine and garlic lovers sub impossible patty which I could tell was a pain in the butt to ring in and he communicated to the cooking team perfectly! That was such a dang good cheat meal!Vegetarian options: Great veggie option for a chain! It’s a real treat to have poutine ( veg based) and love the impossible burger!

The supervisor lady at 10th avenue bk,is terrible with her service. Doesn’t know how to communicate with the customer as she have hell too much attitude! She must be reminded that customers satisfaction creates better service and satisfaction to the customers at least!!!

Went here mid August (2023) with my son, as we don’t have a BK where we live. The restaurant was fairly busy with drive thru, dine-ins as well as drivers picking up to deliver take out orders. The manager on duty (didn’t catch his name) was friendly, polite, speedy, and literally addressing everyone with a smile, while running his butt off! While they did make an error by forgetting to add cheese & tomatoes I requested for my chicken sandwich, when I went up to ask for them to just add said items to my burger, he promptly made me a fresh new burger, and brought it out to us. As a manager in retail myself, for the past 10+ years, even I will use this guy’s positive attitude as inspiration.I went back to PG for a day trip yesterday. My friend & I visited this BK and as I was telling her about this young man, I saw him! Working hard along side his team. I told him about my prior visit last month and how he left a positive impression.

I don't even want to put a rating because the Burger King on Central in Prince George BC is terrible We always go there and there is always a problem with something. We never complain about it though because my husband loves their Whopper comboWell we ordered from there two days ago and our orders were drenched with sauce and the burger patty was disgusting. It was all a mess like they were in a rush to make it when it wasn't busy.This is the first time I complained when I called them two days ago. They said come in and get a refund or get new meals. So I chose new meals. They didn't tell me a code or anything. Just said to come in and grab our meals that we ordered the other night. When I went there the lady was intereogating like I just robbed them. She looked at me like I was a thief and kept asking me the same questions and told me to come back. Being an emotional person these days being depressed and high anxiety I started getting weepy () I asked what is this!?? Why are you looking at me like I just stole from you?All of the workers came out to watch when I lost my cool and told them to get back to their crappy job at building soaked and messy burgers.Sorry I was very emotionalShe declined my reorder saying that I was only to get one meal. I left their store very upset I trashed the meals when we got them two nights ago because they were that bad. Burger King you suckI have known that for many years but this is the first time I complained and they treated me like I was a thief
