This used to be one of our best places to eat in PG. Unfortunately the food is not the same anymore. The pasta use to be fresh and home made, but it didn't taste like that anymore.

My medium rare steak was medium and I could not even cut through parts of the steak. The sauce was luke warm to cool and the potatoes were lumpy or overwhipped. The bacon wrapped scallops were not wrapped and the scallops were tough.

We had an excellent meal once again. We like it there, the food is very good and the service is very good. We have had the same server twice (Jada) and she is very good. It is top of our favotitesParking: Easy to find parkingWheelchair accessibility: Wide entry for anyone needing it

Amazing food. After a shift in PG the best meal I have had! Wish I found this place earlier in the shift!

I placed my order to pick up after work and it was ready 1/2 hour later! It even stayed hot after walking 5 blocks in the freezing -20! The angel hair pasta never disappoints and was loaded with shrimp! The new biodegradable containers hold a very large portion which I could not finish. The cheesecake was also a large portion, super delicious and full of flavour. While we typical enjoy the cozy atmosphere dining in, it was wonderful to have Cimo at home and use the gift card that Santa left!

We always enjoyed this restaurant pre COVID. Last night was our third time we’ve been to this restaurant in the last year and it’s been very disappointing each time. The service is always good but the menu options and the food preparation is very mediocre. Was hoping for much more.

There have definitely been some changes since the change in ownership, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. The food quality is still high and the portion sizes are reasonable. My pasta was cooked very well and there was definite attention to detail. The service was also very friendly and attentive. I would still recommend it for a special night out.

Posting on behalf of the group I was with. Kindly accommodated our party of four, most of their tables were booked for an event but they found space for us without a reservation. Food was well prepared but bland. The cheesecake was disappointing to "nasty." It was prepared without sugar, whipped cream cheese on Graham cracker crust.

On a recent trip to Cimo I was treated to an inordinate volume of pasta that was unaccompanied by bread and void of any life beyond the occasional heat of a chili flake. At $25 a plate (average) for pasta in a fine-dining setting I have come to expect meagre yet life-changing dishes. It seems that Cimo forgoes this experience and instead offers a half-pound of gut-filling noodles in an attempt to overshadow their unravelling quality control. While the large volume of food is appreciated by hungrier diners, it leaves me wondering if efforts would be better spent refining dishes that actually compliment the boastful wine list. More attention to detail in sauces and preparation would be appreciated at this price point. At the very least, decrease the portion size and throw in a bread basket. Beyond that, atmosphere and table service were acceptable for a nice night out but major points were lost for no advance mention of the 86'd menu items which let to a clunky ordering session.

Whenever I travel to Prince George Cimos Restaurant is a must.August 25/22 was very disappointing. Service was great. The mushroom crepe was save flavour. Shrimp Angel Hair pasta very bland and shrimp tasted canned. Steak medium not medium rare, no flavour. The wonderful sense of dining was not there

Disappointed it's $19 for only two crab cakes and that some favorites were missing from the menu. Overall the carbonerra was FANTASTIC, and the service was phenomenal as well.

We have almost always enjoyed dining at Cimo's until this past week. We had a special occasion, and chose them. Unfortunately, it did not live up to our expectations. The service was unbelievably slow, and the meals, well .... My wife ordered schnitzel. It was battered chicken, with cheese on top; my son-in-law ordered steak, and couldn't eat it all, because it was poorly prepared; I ordered a pasta with prawns. The prawns must have walked for several days before they arrived. They were inedible. After recommending Cimo's, I regret it.

I had a preconception of "mediterranean" cuisine. This was something different. I had the Hunter Pasta - wild mushrooms in a yummy cream sauce over perfectly al dente pasta! They have a not bad wine selection and very good service. On no level was I disappointed.

Very pleasant staff. Decor is average. Parking is effectively street only, which can produce a bit of a walk with some of Prince George's less than desirable denizens.Food is good and prices are fair, $$$ out of 5.Fries were a bit oversalted, but overall I would come here again.Bonus points for having local beer on tap!
