Fond Memories made here even though it was literally the end of the night. The staff we're very respectfully, attentive and perceptive and patient. Even though it was the very end of their night and you could see that they had had quite the day. I was impressed with their customer service, their food and their kindness. Definitely recommend to anybody looking for some good food at any time of day.Just in case you happen to not notice that it is a Ricky's and a fat burger combined , My only suggestion would be to make sure that you're ordering from the menu that you came to enjoy ;)

Haven't been here for a long time. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Food was super fresh and tasty! I got the California burger and my wife got the Utimate. Burgers are almost big enough for 2 meals! Great place to stop if your craving a burger. 2 thumbs

Best Fatburger I've ever been to. Staff is remarkably friendly and professional. I'm picking about my bacon, and gave specific instructions on cooking it. Damn. Got it PERFECT.The food otherwise is exactly to spec for the chain. Staff takes the experience to a 5. I'll be back.

You know having just being at this location I can not see why anyone would have a bad thing to say about this place. These 3 ladies running this place are very good at their jobs. The food was cooked very fast and exactly like we wanted and the burgers are incredible. The staff was friendly and we were greeted with smiling faces. People eating next to us hot up and left after a great meal and one of them was on top of cleaning right away. When one of us needed anything they were on it. The service was better than most higher end restaurants my opinion. Well done fat burger staff and if anyone if driving through it’s well worth a stop. The burgers are big and well priced, you will leave full and wanting more later !Only reason to leave the atmosphere as a 3 is because it’s not it’s two restaurants in one building. Not the biggest deal but there isn’t many tables to seat people. But as a stop and go it’s better than any other fast food chain going.

So the food was alright, me and the wife ordered chicken strips. They were not crispy, cooked but soggy... also I noticed while I was waiting that the person making our food had gloves on but used the same cloth for cleaning the counters and grill while whiping her gloved hands and proceeded to handle my chicken strips and fries after making someone else's burger.Some food handling and cross contamination training should be done.

You can get a "classic grilled chicken sandwich" but you can't get a "bbq bacon cheddar chicken sandwich" with grilled chicken. They told me they wouldn't do that for me.

Order 6 chicken strips and got 5 and 1/4 pieces, my brothers eats at Carl's,, took him to try fat burger and burger was broken in pieces, he want to stay with Carl's.

AVOID THE COLLEGE HEIGHTlocation. They seem to BE MOST FOCUSED ON THEIR PROFITS INSTEADOF what important to the consumer. They seem take delight in see how little tHey can put in a burger. Fatburger is usually the best place to eat but not this location. How sad, they need new management
Ordered the XX-Large Breakfast special, and a chocolate milkshake, my breakfast was still hot and fresh by the time it got delivered. My milkshake was just excellent as well! I’m impressed. Mhmmm!

Worst burger experience. Food was not only bland and disappointing and made me and my partner feel incredibly ill, but also was a completely overpriced $50 meal for something we could have gotten at Wendy’s. Best part was the sprite- don’t waste your time.

Possibly the most meh food I’ve ever had to consume. Terrible service, everything was overpriced, and the food took 20 mins to prepare despite being the only customers in store. The boast about quality, but the burgers are stale, and just generally gross. Out of a $50 meal for two, we both agreed the best best parts were the ranch sauce, the sprite, and the drive there. Still feeling incredibly ill even 5 hours after the meal. Please, save your money and your stomachs, and find somewhere else to eat. The burgers aren’t fat, but they make you feel fat.

We ate here today and it was disappointing for what we paid. Over $40 for a Burger, nacho cheese fries (which they messed up and gave us chilli cheese fries which weren't very good) 6 buffalo chicken nuggets and 2 fountain pop. The chicken came out almost 10 minutes before anything else. They didn't supply cutlery and it came with a single curled thin slice of carrot and a piddly little piece of celery. The table that came in after us then got their burgers and fries before me. After my food finally came we had to ask 2 more times for a fork for the nuggets which were cold by the time all of the food finally made it to the table. Overall a very poor experience. Unfortunately they prompt you for a tip prior to eating, otherwise I wouldn't have tipped the 20% I did.
