Very disappointed with the service. I placed an order at 12noon for my son's pool party and specifically requested to deliver at 2pm. I called freshslice at 12:20 when i noticed that they are already preparing my order. The person told me that she didn't see the instructions and talked to her manager. I was promised they are going to prep fresh pizza to be delivered at 2pm. At 2pm my order didnt arrive. I called them again and was told that my order was cancelled. For no reason they cancelled my order considering i spoke to them and was promised that my order will be delivered at 2pm. I was left with 14 hungry kids at my son's party. And the person in freshlice cant give me a valid answer why they cancelled my order. To make matters worst they took my money and wS told i have to sort it myself!!!!! NEVER EVER ORDER FROM FRESHSLICE PIZZA! THEY ARE VERY INCOMPETENT AND ROBBERS!!!!!!
