I have been ordering food from Madras Maple for almost one year, every time when I ordered in the day time, the chef always prepare food according to what I wrote in special instructions and the chef cooks it with such delicacy and prompt to my instructions. The current chef in Madras now is wonderful and cooks with such professional dexterity. Thank you so much in making added spices and flavors according to the instructions.. "Garnish Good food for every Gourmet", that is Madras Maple... Keep it up and make it up for great taste..Vegetarian options: Adding green chilli pakora

Firstly, the extensive use of plastic plates and utensils was disheartening, considering the current environmental concerns. Additionally, the service was quite slow, which detracted from the overall enjoyment of the meal. Despite these drawbacks, the flavors of the dishes were excellent, showcasing the culinary skills of the kitchen. However, I hope the restaurant considers addressing these issues to improve the overall dining experience for customers.

Let me start by saying the food was at the best just okay, missing a lot of punch. Flavour profile was a little dull but it was fresh and kitchen took time to make sure it severed hot. Presentation could go a long way may need a some improvement in that area.Keep your expectation at bay!
