We went to the Pizza Hut for lunch today. It was our first time. It was very good, very good service. We will visit again.
Me and my wife ordered cause we both had very long days. The pizza had to be picked up because the site didnt catch we wanted delivery. When we finally got our pizza's both were over cooked dry and no taste. Will not be going back.

The food was absolutely delicious and the service was top-notch. Our server, rup was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our meal. We enjoyed buffet bcz ? cooked to perfection and had a delicious flavor.

Signing up online doesn't work for delivery. I call, they say, sign up for pick up and call back for delivery. It works. Then she says it's almost $10 for delivery! No apology! She says, "But that's not with delivery charge." I told her that's not how you apologized for tricking me into ordering and blind siding me with a service fee! I'll never order from here again. Crap online. Crap lying service. Crap no apology. Crap restaurant

My daughter suddenly needed the bathroom on the way to this location. I let hwr know we were almost there, but we just finished a movie at the theater, so she probably needed it more urgently than normal. We bolted inside to meet the rest of our family members who were already inside, and then waited at the front desk for an employee since the bathroom was locked and needed a key. No employees were around since we had arrived, and we had to wait a while and did the bathroom dance to prevent any accidents. Finally a waiter came into sight, and we asked him for the key, and he said that we couldn't use the bathroom, that they were locked and out of order. This was 8:45 pm, so nothing else was open nearby at all. Everything in town would have been closed, and our home is much too far to have made it in time. So I asked him what we should do because she really needs go and might burst any second. He replied very rudely, and said "I dont know how else to explain it to you, do you even understand what I'm saying??" My daughter was bathroom-dancing intensely by that point that I thought she was going to burst onto their floor, I said "but you see how much she cant hold it, what are we supposed to do? She might have an accident on the floor at any second", and he had a very uncaring and angry look and tone the entire time, as though were we just bothering him, and that we were being unreasonable. What type of establishment has absolutely zero bathrooms working? I remember the last time we visited, (over a month before), and the women's bathroom had 2 stalls out of order, and only one left free, did they not fix anything since then and how long were the first 2 out of order before then, and now nobody can ever use the bathroom until they happen to finish fixing 3 them? Finally he said he can unlock the men's for us to use. So there actually was a customer bathroom that was in order, he just didn't want us to use them? It's not like we weren't paying customers. He knew we were there to meet the rest of our dinner guests that night because my new crowd had sat with our other half, and we were talking amongst each other throughout the whole incident. I don't understand how allowing my young daughter to have an accident on the carpeted floor in front of all the guests and eating area was any better than "wrecking" the men's washroom. That was unbelievable, I've worked in customer service areas before, and even when it was the type of store that didn't create a public style bathroom, we were encouraged to allow pregnant women, children, elderly, and anyone dancing very intensely into the bathroom during emergencies. I guess at this location, with two "public bathrooms" built in, that is still frowned upon. And we wete especially taught not belittle the customers, there are other ways to still communicate the point communicate in healthier ways, without making them feel stupid for asking valid concerns. Not coming back, and encouraging everyone I know to never to bring their crowd here again. I hear bad reviews from this place all the time, this place was never my idea, but it won't happen again.
