This place is awful. When you sit down there is carpet that’s mostly worn off the floor. It hasn’t been cleaned… ever. Booths are cracked, and the windows are dirty. Service was scarce and food took a long time. The sign out front is in bad condition. That should have been our first clue… don’t eat here.

Red Robin is our families favourite spot in town. We have celebrated birthdays here together for 20 years. This is why it is super upsetting to say we have spent our last one at this location. It has gone downhill so fast the last few years and even though the staff are nice they can’t compensate for a restaurant that is crumbling and in desperate need of a renovation. It is so run down it seems like they have stopped cleaning. They have had a high danger health rating recently as well. The cost of everything has gone up so when our family eats out we just can’t justify going here anymore. It isn’t a treat. It’s just … sad. Hope you have plans to clean this spot up and quick.Edited to add: thank you for the response below. Great to hear that a reno is in the works. I look forward to trying it and updating my review when that is done.

I miss the old Red Robins… this place is a major flop. I decided to give Red Robins another go earlier this week because I used to love it here. Food is disgusting and quite frankly unsafe to eat. There was a mouse running along the window ledges, and upon further inspection, we noticed mouse poop in the corners of the ledges, window sills, etc. The only good thing this place has left is the servers, they are so sweet.

Ok the Red Rebin in Prince George, BC is so disgusting and has been for years. I cannot belive its still allowed to even be operational. The restaurant is so dirty and run down, not to mention the worst service staff you could imagine. You cannot hire good people to work in a complete dive. The food made my and one of my daughters sick the last time we ate there. Corporate needs to take a serious look at this restaurant before its reputation ruins this restaurants name for everyone. Visit Prince George Restaurant reviews page on Facebook and search the Red Robin reviews. You'll be horrified.
It was good. Very phenomenal. Best meal I have had in days. 10/10 would recommend the steak fries; made my night. Would marry them if I wasn’t already married.

I’ll start off with the service it’s always been great servers are friendly and nice not the fastest but they always got what we needed eventually.The food normally is pretty good but the last few times we have gone the buns have been extremely dry/boarder line stale.The building itself is falling apart looks extremely ghetto and old. Thera also a rat/mouse issue there. I’ve seen them run in the dining area twice now. Won’t be going back to this location till the building is renovated and rodent issue is fixed

Tables looked aweful..floor in bathroom gross..paper towel dispensèr brokenJust threw a roll of paper towel on the damp counter..served my coffeewith two creams two packs sugar on the table without it in a saucer like usual had to ask for knives after we were given our food..he tried but overall this place has gone downhill very badly daughter needs gluten free..but got regular..she was so sick
