If I could rate a 0 I would. Unbelievable, went to Tim Horton's on Ferry Ave today and used the scan and pay. Was told it didn't work so my husband used his debit card for the $17.58. I then went in to show them it came out on my account and his. Double charged and a multi million dollar company and they can't reimburse me the extra $17.58. Like seriously! I asked how I am going to get my money back as I'm not from PG and they have no answer such B.S. I have made a complaint to Tim Horton's directly. Avoid using your scan and pay at this location or all together. Unreal, if it was $2 I'd move on but they basically stole my money with no solution, horrible customer service.

I experienced the most unprofessional attitude at this location today. First, we waited approximately 20 minutes for service - even though we were the only customer in line. There were plenty of staff members, but everyone avoided eye contact and most were just gossiping. When asked for the Manager, a staff member with name tag "Miths" stepped forward, said he is the Manager, very rudely told us that they are all working and I should contact Customer Service if there is a problem. We walked out of the store and went to a different location as Tim's has been our almost daily routine for 30+ years. I have now read other reviews online about this location and they are somewhat consistent with my experience. If this is what to expect from this chain going forward, I have no desire to return.

Poor customer service yesterday, lady named manpreet completely ignored me when i was trying to order talking to a skip the dish driver, even when her co workers told her to serve me she kept on speaking to the courier, even stopppin mid transaction to speak with him, didnt say a word to me just gave me the coffee and muffin, not a word spoken to me,

4 days in a row now I have ordered though the mobile app, 10 mins before I arrive at the store. Every time, I am waiting and waiting until finally I have to go to the counter and ask about my order. They act as if they never knew about it when it is clearly displayed on the order screen for all to see. The coffee is never made how it is ordered resulting in more time wasted.

I stood in the lineup for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. Almost every staff member looked at me but chose to ignore me. Left without anyone taking my order. Very disappointing…..If I could give zero stars I would.
