3rd fail in a row here. 1st about 8 mos. ago. ordered chicken Caesar salad with cheese on side, wife cant have so I use it. They put on salad/ called to complain. manager said sorry & sent coupon. tried again about 6 mos. ago. they did same thing! called again same manager says sorry will send another coupon. did not get that! tried again last night. decided to keep it simple and order a chicken sandwich. get home, no chicken sandwich. go back to get it and get the 3rd degree over it! will not return

This is the worse Wendy's ever. They never fail on giving soggy fries and Old chicken. So I make it a point to ask for fresh. In drive through I always have to go back cause they just reheat and it's obvious. I went in tonight and asked for fresh fries and fresh l chicken and WATCHED them reheat the fries and grab chicken out the warmer and reheat. They were all SOAKED in grease like it always is in drive through. I told them "sorry, I didn't ask for reheated, I asked for fresh. When you reheat it just comes soaked in grease" the workers all laughed and talked trash in their language. So disappointing. You don't own these franchises, just follow cooking directions and give everyone fresh food ??♂️

When I worked at Wendy's we had standards as to how long food could stay in the warmer and be served...thats obviously no longer the case. Just paid $15 for some chicken strips and a chicken sandwich that were cold, old and dried out!
