The last 2 visits to this location since their kitchen renovations have been done has been very disappointing. Wrong orders, over charged and cold food. Even my 3yr old granddaughter noted today her fries were cold. It would be nice if this establishment would answer the telephone so we could at least discuss the issues.

Orders are wrong quite a bit. I used to work in customer service and know when it gets busy things get forgotten but when I went to NICELY went to remind them I was missing as item(which I would have waiting a long time for) they gave me such sas before I even said anything. I wish there was another McDonald's in town!
