Not authentic. I saw them use Dempster's tortilla wraps to make my shawarma. Are you kidding me???

Bad service,I was there today. I ordered a chicken shawarma, and after I waited half an hour, they made an error in the order. When I explained that to them, they asked me to pay for another dish. After I paid, they asked me to wait another half hour. I got angry and left. I paid $45, and i didn't get anything, and I wasted an hour of my time. The restaurant workers were extremely rude and arrogant, and they were very stupid. I will not visit this place again and do not advise anyone to visit it.
