The food and drinks look extremely nice, but I can’t really say so about the taste. If you plan on taking friends there, I recommend you first go alone once to see the quality. If the cafe is even a little crowded, the wait time becomes extremely long. Don’t recommend it. Again, this could have been just that I didn’t like the taste since I had never had drinks of that style.

All desserts we ordered were nice, but the service was bad! The servers didn't seem to welcome our big group and were quite impolite and rude throughout our interactions. When we asked for a cup/bowl for sharing our liquid dessert (we have met the minimum order requirement), she told us that she could only provide us with a small plate, which she did. And obviously some of our desserts were served in bowls and we saw other tables were served with water in cups. We ended up walked to the counter to ask for a cup of water and the staff stared at our table before giving us a cup of water. Maybe it was a busy night for the three staff in the store tonight, but such services really ruined the nice vibe and desserts!

Rude and not family friendly. Went in with young children and were told everyone needed to have their own order even the two year old despite not being particularly busy. Inquired about takeout and got a vibe that we were annoying them ?. Left without making any order after that so cannot comment on the food. Kids were sad.

❌AWFUL EXPERIENCE - THINK TWICE BEFORE SPENDING YOUR MONEY HERE!!!Last night's visit to this dessert place turned into an absolute NIGHTMARE, and I'm deeply upset by the disrespectful treatment we received!Firestly, we were UNEXPECTEDLY FORCED to order one thing per person, with no prior warning. No mention during our call before we arrived, seating, when she handed the menu and mentioned in the menu. We felt completely UNRESPECTED!Secondly, despite being a group of 6, they failed to provide us with ENOUGH cutlery and napkins. No small plates for sharing as well. We had to repeatedly ASK for basic items. And even bring the plates from the counter to our table (which should be done by the waitress ). She seemed UNWILLING and IMPATIENT, making the experience even MORE FRUSTRATING!To add to our disappointment, the waitress constantly reminded us of tehir closing time, which in fine in normal case and we did pay the bill and add reasonable tips (althought I dont think here service is worth it). However, a table arriving after us did not have all their food yet were not even remined once. At least she reminded us FAR MORE OFTEN than the other table. It makes us wonder if we're being treated DIFFERENTLY. End up they enjoyed their dessert WELL PAST closing. When we questioned this DOUBLE STANDARD, the waitress's DISMISSIVE and IMPOLITE attitude was evident.We can't help but wonder if the staff's rude behavior is a result of us being POLITE and FRIENDLY. It's disheartening to think that courtesy might be a reason for AWFUL service! Also, if this establishment endorses a CORPORATE CULTURE of double standards or, worse, racism.Overall, despite the EXPENSIVE yet average food, the experience and service were a HUGE LETDOWN. Extremely bad service. We arrived at 8 and the server told us they are closing @9, which is fine, we will leave by 9. Another group of people came later and sat right next to us. The server came at 8:45,8:50 8:55, kept telling us they were closing at 9, and they DIDNT SAY ANYTHING TO OTHER GROUP OF PEOPLE.When we asked why, the rude server just kept saying she told the other group of people when they came, so do you rly think that explains why u only ask us to leave at 8:45,8.50 and 8.55?? Double standards and rude service.We were not asking to stay longer, we were asking why you treat us differently???? I was sitting in my car and saw the other group of people didn’t leave until about 9:10, SO WHY??? Because we are young so that’s the reason you treated us so badly????

Watch out when you are planning to visit this cafe!!!!! They serve you very very slow, they told me to wait for the takeout order for around 10mins but turn out to be 30mins or even more!!!! Also the staff here are not nice or even polite. Very disappointed at it, please rethink when you wanna come!

Location is a bit far from the Richmond business centre, but dessert here is absolutely amazing, didn’t really expect that.Price is reasonable, service is good, interior is comfy, dessert is pretty damn good! Would definitely come back again.
