Why don’t we all move at a glacier pace? You walk into this restaurant where everyone ignores you and you just stand there hoping, wishing, praying that you are next in line… and then someone walks in and you don’t what to do… as you all stand staring at other with no direction!!!!!No one who works here greets you until you are the next table at which they then ignore you for a while until you ask them to order your food more than once. The restaurant wasn’t even full. We had to ask for everything…. Water, refills, bowls, platesIf it wasn’t for the food here, I would probably not come here againOverall, I loved the Bahn Mi and BBH.Note: come during the week when the owner is here

Baoguette, a Vietnamese restaurant, boasts an ideal location and an impressively varied vegetarian menu. The vegetarian baoguette is exceptionally tasty, a must-try for anyone, while the grilled lemon grass pork chop on rice is simply mouthwatering. The staff are not only friendly but genuinely welcoming, creating a pleasant dining atmosphere. Additionally, the cashier's knowledge enhances the overall experience, offering recommendations that never disappoint. To top it off, Baoguette offers a 10% discount, making it not just a delight for the palate but also a great value. Highly recommended for a memorable dining experience!

Avoid coming here at night as they are busy preparing takeaways, causing a 30-minute wait for those dining in.

Ideal food for a cold rainy day in Richmond. The server was prompt. Very impressed with her memorizing our order. The food was really good. Would definitely visit again. Prices very reasonable. Parking available.Kid-friendliness: Saw high chairs for kids.

Had a great banh mi here, very flavorful fillings served on the perfectly baked warm Vietnamese baguette - crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. If you're looking for a bigger meal, they also offer a variety of pho and other items.

I've honestly been having a hard time finding a good Vietnamese place in Richmond. The food here was about average, but the pho wasn't great, so I have to give it a little lower than average. The noodles were overcooked, and the soup isn't as flavourful as other places I've been. I also tried the steam rice rolls which weren't bad. Those are more difficult to come across, so it was a nice surprise to see them as a special. The rice roll part could have been thinner and smoother, but not bad. The Vietnamese stew noodles were also overcooked, and the brisket wasn't tender. The spring rolls were crispy and flavourful but they must have been fried in older oil because they were quite dark. The soups also tend to be quite greasy/oily, especially the one that comes with the dry noodle. The service was about what you expect at a casual Vietnamese place, and it was generally clean. All in all, I'd rather make the trek to Vancouver for some good Vietnamese food.

I lovely small eatery with a nice modern look . Lovely patio and I found the pho broth tasty with less msg in it . I was quite impressed . Large bowl goes for $17.95!" These days but the portions were large . Service was friendly and prompt . They accept cash or debit

Good food, the service and atmosphere is like normal non-expensive restaurants where you’re just there for the food so it got a four star rating for its price and food, I ordered some noodles, but my parents ordered some rice and bbq stuff, and it was good. We spent about 26 dollar per person, but it is quite a good price for the experience.

Love your food. I get banh mi all the time. I order pickup often but today got my food delivered. Could you please staple your bags shut before handing to food deliveries. Thanks.

The Pho was great but the prawn salad roll and seafood spring roll were nothing special. The server was rude and dismissive. We wanted to try somewhere new and were unfortunately not impressed. The restaurant is also unorganized and messy.
