Beijing hotpot is a great little place ,located on New Westminster Highway in Richmond, to have hot pot lunch specials. We come here once in a while and really enjoy the specials they offer for the lunch period.The lunch special is only $18.99! And it comes with your choice of either a tomato soup base or spicy soup base. ? I normally order the tomato base ?just because it's flavorful and comes with slices of tomatoes in it.Also, with this price, the meal comes with a plate of sliced raw meat ? (more than enough for 1 person), a small dish of ? noodles, a plate of lettuce, vegetables, shrimp ball, imitation crab, mushroom, and other small accompaniments.There are 2 dipping sauces to choose from the menu, or there's a self-serve station for sauce from the back of the restaurant.Really enjoyed this restaurant and will definitely come back for more, as we have a few times already!

Food quality is very good. The soup base is delicious and the meat slices are very thin (really good at rinsing). It would be even more perfect if it had pork belly or something like that.There was a waitress who was really good-looking. Goodbye
I called over 5 minutes ago and asked the two of them if they needed to wait. The clerk said no problem, come now. When they arrived, they said there was only half a table in front of the restroom. If the position is very tight, don't reply to the customer so confidently on the phone. It's really a waste of time to go back and forth. The attitude of the female clerk is also very bad. Please ask the boss to pay attention to this issue.

We waited for about 15 minutes, and then were told they don’t have a table for us and we should leave. To be clear they do have tables available they just don’t want to clean them for us. They could have told us when they arrived but they couldn’t bother. We were the only group waiting so it’s not like they just saw us.
