The drink we bought were nothing like the pictures. The ice were not blended properly, the brown sugar pearls did not have brown sugar nor brown pearls like the photo, and the drinks were just too sweet. The rice pudding ice cream was not good, the matcha ice cream was overpriced for a small scoop, and none of us finished any item we ordered. There’s just too much on the menu that even the staff are confused as well. Also the menus could use some updating as they were all torn. The 5 of us all agreed that we’re never trying this cafe again.

There are quite a few seats in the store, and there are also seats on the second floor.But it’s a little crowded because there are a lot of tables and chairs.Our order was also lost, so we waited for 20 minutes and no one came...it was a long wait The food part was okay. We ordered the signature(?) but I think it would be better with more grass jelly.Then the mural was carefully placed and included the Raohe Street Night Market and 101!

Very bad experience, no service! I ordered big black pills, but when I got home, there was not a single black pill, and there were very few taro balls. All I ate was frozen. The so-called Aiyu was said to be a mistake by the waiter, and there were no other ingredients. Let it go, it’s too deceiving, lightning protection

We ordered our food 30 mins ago and we were given a faulty device that alerts when your order was ready. They also got our order wrong and none of staff came to ask weather we got our order or not. It was definitely not worth the wait.
My friend and I was visiting from out of town and this was an old haunt we went to down in LA. Unfortunately that franchise closed and were no longer able to fill our cravings other than the store bought ones. Needless to say we were very excited to find this in Richmond.We ordered our regular chilled grass jelly with the various toppings. The toppings were generous. It was euphoric to watch the soft wobbly grass jelly jiggle on my spoon again. It was exactly how I remembered it over five years ago. What a great welcome to Vancouver once we landed from the airport. The parking at the time was a bit busy when we got there around 5 pm Friday.

Wow...why didn't I try this place out sooner!?Amazing shaved ice and pudding desserts!! Portions were quite large. Service was friendly as well and the interior was nice and bright with plenty of seating.The only con is that they ran out of bobba when we ordered. ?

First time to try this store, during Pandemic, I had ordered 2 kinds of dessert. Bring kids and friends here, try desserts and tea bubble milk. So many people during weekends, all table and chairs are occupied already. Good and worthy to try.
