Recently, it was taken over by a famous restaurant (Ya Yuan). The lunch products are probably good (the steamed stuffed ones are not fluffy enough), the service is diligent and courteous, and the attention is sufficient. The restaurant is comfortable and clean, the price is reasonable, and the management is adequate (with discounts). Flights, large outdoor parking lot, and powder room are dry and fresh.

The food is good. But fyi, be careful with the design of the hot water jug. My bro was holding the cup and the jug and a little tilt went from hardly pouring to over pouring and he burned his entire hand. Fyi the waitresses didn't seem to be concerned. We've had so much dim sum and never had this happen before with the regular ceramic pots that always leak when you pour it. ??♀️
