It's common to use drive-thru for quick purchases, but this store is really slow, even if it's really slow. I purposely went to drive-thru to order one of the Whoppers at 3 p.m., avoiding the busiest time, and it took more than 10 minutes to order, and almost 10 minutes to get the food after ordering. Is this normal? I've wasted 20 minutes just buying one Whopper.

Rude staff , we came to drive thru and she told me wait for 10-15 mins , I said ok, and after those time we still waiting so we asked when are the food ready , she said : I already told you this and that , I said yes you told me 10-15 mins , but then she told me another 15 mins, then I said then that's 30 mins , I wouldn't even wait for it , she just wasted my time for being no clear. Not coming back again. So rude!

Went through the drive thru and ordered family bundle meal and got 2 kids toys. The fries were just dumped into the bag on top of all the napkins! I had to organize the fries back into the fries boxes..my hand were all dirty after that. Then we realized they charged us for the toys and didn't give the toys to us. I had to go back inside and get the toys!! Really bad service, but the food was good.
It's the best ? Burger King restaurant in Richmond B.C., one of my favorite restaurants.

i ordered veggie sandwich tgey sent me cheese ham burger i dont eat non veg am pure vegetarian, am punjabi these days i do prayer am very relagioua person you guys juat ruined my day my prayer time , i never ever had a non veg since i born , you guys ruined it , after that if am trying to call restaurent they dont answer so shamefull so bad service i called 19 times .
