Wonderful experience at the Easter Brunch! The service team was attentive and kept refilling our drinks. The buffet was pretty standard but bennys were impressive (medium runny!). The family had a great time!

Very friendly staff with great food. I chose the smash burger which was very tasty.

Overall eas good. Our waiter was proactive, offering drinks and taking our order. Sadly, we ordered the saefood platter and were told that the last one just came out. Weird for a saturday dinner (i would have understood for a later time ou on a sunday) Got some difficulties getting the bill split correctly. Although we booked for 8, we were only 7 and got still charged the service fees as a "large group ".

Breakfast is disappointing, you pay 25$ (continental breakfast) to eat some fruit, frozen pastries or yogurt cups from the grocery store. Doesn't include the hot food on the continental breakfast table which is extra and is just frozen bacon slices, warming tray scrambled eggs and hard dry hash browns. Overall it's just a basic continental breakfast you usually see included with your room cost. I'd recommend eating somewhere else for breakfast.

Very unfriendly entrance design, they lock every door and put you cold outside.

Beautiful atmosphere and delicious food. Everything about Cavu is welcoming and enjoyable and steps away from the comfort of your hotel room. Steve gave our group the best service we’ve ever received— his presence as a server is worth the visit alone. He was incredibly personable and attentive, friendly and knowledgeable about the food, hotel, and surrounding area.

It was surprisingly pretty good! I had the steelhead and really enjoyed the dish. My friend had the clubhouse and said she liked her food as well. I forgot what cocktail I ordered, but it was whisky based - I loved it, too. I would certainly go back!

This is my personal opinion or my preference, when my party and I came to eat at Cavu the person named Dharam was very the one who greeted us. His well dressed and he assure our table was prepared.Food wise, I love the oyster, however I wish it's more. Tastes good. The food that I ate was salmon and chicken nice combination however It's filling. I am already full and satisfied. Love their chocolate buffet. That's a good idea.Their service is good, they make sure we were comfortably and they did.Friendly staffs... keep it up. We've been here 2 or 2 times.Love it..This is Valentine theme dinnerDHARAMOUR server was a lady( I forgot her name who work at 7:30 pm our reservation my bad I tend to forgot)Who serve our food he is funny... who comment about our chocolate hehe

Made reservations for Valentine's Day for my wife and I, we found it to be pleasant, a little bright for a romantic dinner though. Service was very good! They were attentive without being bothersome. There was a set menu on this evening @ $70 p/p We also ordered a bottle of wine. Our appies were great! The main course was as follows. My wife had the salmon chicken combo. It was kind of strange, the fish was fishy smelling. From Frozen and over cooked. I ordered the steak, my meal was tasty however there was an excessive amount of gristle in my steak! I had trouble eating it ( who wants to be pulling gristle from their mouth repeatedly at a “ romantic Valentines meal” I brought this up with my waiter and was completely ignored!! They just presented me the bill without addressing my concerns. When you have a business in the Hilton Hotel, One expects a certain level of service, sadly it was not met. After my experience at Cavu inside the Hilton Richmond. I cannot recommend this restaurant, Please read the reviews before booking your reservation (I wish that I had!) Signed Sad Cupid!!

Server was lovely and attentive. Nice open vibe to the restaurant. Food (for breakfast) was lacking. Cold, limp toast. Undercooked potatoes. I powered through, but don't expect much here. Convenient when staying at the hotel, but this was lower end "free breakfast" quality.

The risotto is very soft and mushy. The chicken burger was mediocre, the chicken was quite thin. The pork belly and ribs was ok. Our server was nice and attentive. This restaurant is not busy so it's a good place for meetings.
