I really love this place chopped leaf it is got a great atmosphere, everything is cooked fresh, reasonable prices, big portions, and you can call to order and then pick up or you can get it delivered by Uber eats and so forth.Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian options. I enjoy the food here but the staff is really blah. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever seen a staff member smile. No hellos, nothing. I went in today for a wrap at 5:35 and was told it had to be to go because they were closing at 6:00. I can eat a wrap in 25 minutes.I’ve seen many complaints about the staff here and I’m not sure why they can’t be told to cheer up a little

This might be the best chopped leaf in the lower mainland. I can only compare this location to the surrey and Langley locations. That being said, the Surrey and Langley locations were terrible.I worked in the Ironwood area summer of 2022. So I would have chopped leaf 2-4 times a week. And it never missed.I came back last week (Feb 2023) because I was in the area, and I was elated with the quality of my wrap, the no5.Whatever you guys are doing, do not change a thing.
Relatively new to this franchise...this particular location and experience with this staff has been unpleasant. When asking questions about their meals it seemed they didn't care or lack the knowhow in promoting their products even though it was completely empty. Looked back at staff when leaving only to see them laugh at me out the door. Now I know why it's not that busy. A bad vibe and overall unwelcoming. Read other 1 star reviews. Not the best when this franchise is relatively new on the market and ample competition all around. Best go to freshii nearby.

Been in there twice , looking to enjoy a fresh salad both times i was not even greeted or noticed the first time i was in there for several minutes standing up at the counter there was no one ordering and everyone sitting down was already eating. Today i went in and same thing happened so i just did a quick about face and left . It was like i was invisible.
