The three tiers include hot pot on the bottom, grill in the middle, and steamer up top for fish and/dumplings.The 2nd tier made it difficult to fish out the food from the hotpot. If each tier was bigger/wider, it would be more convenient. Otherwise, food was ? good.AYCE is $37 pp but you end up paying more for soup type, additional sauces etc...

My go to hot pot place. Good price for all you can eat. Decent selection in each category, great service comparing to other hot pot places in town. Must get the deep fried buns with condensed milk ($1 extra) as dessert.

My family and I had decided to come to this location to celebrate a birthday dinner event on October 31, Halloween Day.This hot pot appeared changed, it used to be much busier and packed.Even only two waiters were working, and not even busy, our order took forever to come and drinks almost never made it during servings.The menu is all you can eat, I've had better experience through other locations.If you asked me for what improvements, for this location is...Staff and Management,Unique experienceMenus and Updates and price for all you can eat sauce bar, that supply fruits.

The quality of food is the main problem while the price increase every 3 months. Though the services is great here, definitely wont be your choice.

We had a party of four people. The order sheet said, for example, each order comes with 4 pieces of beef. But regardless of how many orders you write on the sheet, they serve only one plate of the item you ordered, which means 1-2 pieces of meat per person. When you ask the staff, they promise to bring more, but they only bring out one more plate lol.The food takes around 30 minutes to arrive after each order. I have never left an ayce restaurant feeling not full.
Second time we got there in this month. Funny! Same orders “ all you can eat” but the price was higher. The waitress was not friendly. The soup base was lower quality on weekdays, not good tasting. I was so disappointed in general. Don’t want to come back.

The claypot rice wasn't even hot. No crispy rice at all. The BBQ meats were bland and unseasoned. The BBQ grill on top of the hotpot is way too small and doesn't really get hot enough to grill.

The worst hot pot place ever, I went with 4 of my friends. I ordered 6 plates of meat and the server gave us 2 and told us in a rude way “all you can eat, just eat”. We ordered second round for food and they were rude and put the plates in a disrespectful way. We have not received the food that we ordered. We ordered rice and did not come out for an hr.

All you can eat option for Hotpot is an excellent place here in Richmond. Good value, and their menu has various items to choose from. Overall, I've enjoyed the foods and satisfied service. Free parking available on site.
