The service was really bad. The waitress looked preachy and very impatient. After finishing the Chinese soup, my mouth had a strong bitter taste from MSG. Boiled fish, a total of five frozen Longli fish fillets?‍?I will never go there again

I miss this HK style Cafe! My wife and used to go to Alleluia Cafe, but it closed down few years back. Copa Cafe is spacious, clean (including washroom), and comfortable. I like my sweetened iced lemon tea ?. We ordered 2 things for about $45 plus tax and tip, it fed me, my wife, and my 16 yr old daughter during our break from 17U girls Provincials volleyball tournament at the Richmond Oval.Came back the next day and brought more friends (group of 12) and everyone enjoyed their meals. The kids meals were a good size, the teenagers could not finish it. If only they had a location in Vancouver, it's hard to drive 30min just to eat here.

I ordered boiled fish, not many fish fillets, but so many vermicelli! Isn't it a scam?

Hands down my favorite spot! I've been a loyal customer since their Richmond opening in 2012. Many of the staff have been there since day one, delivering consistently friendly and courteous service. The food is fantastic, especially the value-packed mini menu before 6 pm, priced around $20 and includes a hot drink (cold drinks available for a small fee). My kids adore their breakfast options before 11 am – generous portions at a reasonable price often leave us with leftovers to take home. The $15 annual membership is well worth it, offering a 10% discount and occasional freebies like cold drink upgrades or French toast. The restaurant itself is clean, bright, and modern, with comfortable seating. While parking is $2.5 per hour, the restaurant reimburses customers. Plus, the location is perfect for a post-meal stroll at T&T. With inflation on the rise, I find better value and quality here compared to fast-food giants like McDonald's. Highly recommended!

We have been coming here since it opened. The place is comfortable, and the food has always been delicious. Tho it's a bit pricey compared with others, but the meat quality was better than many others. All the baked dishes and the 乾炒牛河 were delicious. Our favourite is the steak on an iron plate and the HK-style milk tea.

The food taste great but nothing special. However, as I remember, a young teenage waiter has great attitude in serving all the customers. I really appreciate his kindness and being energetic during work hours. Would definitely visit again later on.

Consistent quality and good service. One of the Best HK style café in GVRD. The paid parking downstairs will be validated when you bring the receipt (don't pay with app, pat at station).

In fact, sometimes there is no need to work hard! After going there today, I have witnessed a lot of their unfriendly service. It is common for the waiters to quarrel with each other.I didn’t know this store had a bad attitude on the first day, but there are few restaurants nearby. Sometimes my family will go there, but every time I go in, I know clearly that their waiters have a bad attitude, but I still want to eat. It’s me. It's damning, so bear with me, I have a bad attitude, I didn't respond, and I didn't fight back against their bad service and poor food quality. In fact, sometimes my husband also asks me why the food is not delicious and the attitude is not good. He asks me why I still suffer and suffer from time to time. I really don’t know how to respond to my husband’s questions.
