Today is October 30th 2022, the girl who works here was very rude and angry. Last week i was here and she told they not serving crepe anymore, only ice cream but today there is crepe. I think she didn’t wanna work last week that day

The best green apple gelato I’ve ever had! It was a hot day and we were walking around the mall when the green apple gelato caught my eyes! ?Although it was a little pricy, I think the gelato was the perfect balance of sweet and sour. It was one of the highlights of my day! Would definitely go again.The staff could be a little friendlier but nevertheless great quality gelato!

Absolutely garbage. They served my gelato with huge ice chunks in it. I asked them what it is and they said it was melted water. Why would gelato have ice chunks it in? Seems like it's either old or improperly stored which could explain my stomach ache after

I walked away when they said it’s an extra $1 for takeout (for the container instead of the flimsy paper plate that literally cannot even hold it’s own weight). Carry away is part of the service. Not an added feature you charge for. Not coming back here.

Not gonna come again, horrible experience, the lady work here was so angry and feel annoyed. I am here with my boy and choosing what he wants for his cone. And stand at the cashier for few mins, no one greet. I know there's someone behind the kitchen, so I wait abit. But it just taking too long. Then I go and say hello, I saw she was on her phone. Feel so angry (am I disturbing you?) point on the menu， ask me to pay, while I took the cash, she rolling her eyes, open and close the fridge door with big BANG!I don't mind she don't even say a word or greeting, but me and my kids shouldn't treat with this kind of attitude. This is not even just rude.The scoop is kind of small too, so disappointed about this kind of attitude, if not like about front desk job, shouldn't work at this environment.

Ordered a crepe there and noticed there's a combo with a drink. I asked the cashier (Asian lady) if I could add the drink after she finished making the crepe. She literally rolled her eyes, took a huge sigh, and started poking the screen angrily. She told me there's no option to do that. I said I could pay cash if thats the issue. So she eventually made the drink with a temper. Someone like this should not work in customer service, period. You shouldn't give this kind of attitude towards the customer.

Their crepe was already premade and just warm up on the plate and that made crepe like crispy and hard and dry.Also the employee doesnt seem to know how to make it . She kept looking at the menu what the ingredient is.Slow but not quite professional.Horrible
never go here Two Reasons:1. Ordered a crepe and they broke it, didn’t even bother to give me a new one2. Put the whipped cream while it was hot everything fell off way too messy

Delicious? Who knows? I placed my order for the Strawberry and Nutella crepe. It was $10 and I was just about to pay. As I was opening my wallet the cashier says, "just so you know it will be 15 minutes". Excuse me? 15 minutes for food court crepes? There's no way they're worth waiting 15 min for. I politely said no thanks and left. Two stars for the nice cashier for giving me the warning.

Crepe is ok, maybe a bit salty for my taste, but staff are quite rude. I don't know why but they didn't bother to say a word to me from start to end while they very clearly greeted another customer warmly right in front of me. And they weren't even busy to begin with.
