Like most trips to Denny’s, expectations were not high but this time was a joy! Food was decent(it’s Denny’s so you know). Richmond location was clean and we were seated fast. What made this trip stand out was our server Travis! He was attentive and an absolute gem!

We had such an amazing time here! The food, the ambience and our server (Travis) were all worth 7 stars. Travis ensured we had a great time - He was so fun to talk to and full of energy. Loved our time here absolutely :))
Travis was beyond amazing! He asked how our day was going, which I’m sure he does for everyone. Then went out of his way to make sure our son was energized and motivated for his hockey game. He really made us feel cared for and was such a friendly/bubbly presence in what could be a stressful day.
