This place has been fairly busy everytime I done in or do take out. Food is good for a quick meal. The portion sizes are good, fairly priced, service is quick. Some of the tables are pretty close together. The congee here is flavorful and always

Generally speaking, the food is delicious and very hot! The only drawback is that I hope it can be improved. The food can be made with less oil and less salt. That would be great. ???

I went to the Double Double Restaurant for a quiet bite to eat. It turned out to be a good fallback place for me. The food was just okay, and the service was adequate, but the restaurant was clean, and the ambiance was nice.

The fried dough sticks are cold and oily, so they should be left for at least an hour. After asking the waiter several times, he was asked to change it. It was said that it would take 10 minutes to prepare a fresh and hot meal, but 20 minutes passed. Didn't see it either. There was a waiter with glasses and a disheveled haircut who had a very nice attitude, but the other waiter with a ponytail was terrible... Why does he work with so much resentment?

As a Hong Konger, I would say the food is only average. Services were terrible, staff yelled at me when leading me to the seat, kept argumentative attitude during ordering.

There is no scientific arrangement for the queue. From the moment we registered, we were told perfunctorily that it would take ten or twenty minutes. The food was also served very slowly, so we waited for almost two hours without getting a bite. It was still noon on a Monday and it was very cold at the door. I almost felt dizzy and anemic after standing there, but I was unwilling to give up halfway through waiting... This is definitely the first restaurant in Vancouver that made us want to get angry while waiting. I don’t know if it’s because of this that the taste of the food was greatly reduced. The fried dough sticks were too oily, and the pork belly soup It was bitter, and the fried rice was not spicy and too sweet... None of the dishes left a wow impression on us. It was definitely not worth our wait anyway. You can find better food with better service and better food everywhere in Richmond. It will never be a problem. Do it again, definitely! I advise you to be cautious.
