I want to highlight the service at Earls Richmond. Out of the numerous earls restaurants I have visited, this location has the friendliest and most engaging staff.
I used to come here all the time before moving. This location's portion sizes are an absolute joke. The Victoria location serves double the amount of tortilini in their truffle tortilini dish. I got maybe 12 of them when I came back to this location.

We are visiting from Australia had just had a great evening here. Great food and ambience - bottles of wine were half price as it was Wednesday! My wife has some serious allergies and our server Kat and manager Rachael were so helpful communicating with the chef to ensure she had a safe and delicious meal. This restaurant is really international standard - a lovely cocktail bar as well. I highly recommend this place, you won’t disappointed

Jericho is amazing. March 10th was my birthday. I was pretty sad as everyone was busy and I was feeling pretty sorry for myself. So I got dressed up and walked over to Earls Richmond to buy myself a drink and celebrate me.Jericho was there at the bar finishing up and juat about to leave for home, he'd had a long day. But he stayed, to help me celebrate my birthday ?, I bought dinner and he sent for a birthday surprise. He had everyone come and sing happy birthday. I cried because he just knew... I get treated like I'm family there, which is why I keep coming back, but Jericho went above and beyond on this day. He saw this would brighten my day, and it did. Jericho reads the room amd adresses it with appropriateness each amd every time. Thanks to Jericho and all the rest ♡♡ my favorite place to eat dinner in Richmond♡Jericho is the best waiter♡♡♡He is a must have waiter, so geniune and his smile neber stops and he wont forget you!Good food, love the new atmospherePlease bring back celeriac soup ?

Came in for my Wife's birthday and had such an amazing experience! Our server Ingrid was super attentive and fun. The guest experience manager Maia truly made our night exceptional with her hospitality! This location is amazing and I would tell all of my friends and family to celebrate at this location! I cannot stress enough how awesome the food and level of customer service was at this location! Special shout out to Kat, our goddess of a waitress…superb experience and really took the time to connect with us! Also, we appreciated the extra levels of connection with Randi, the day time manager, who was checking on tables and making sure folks were being cared for…it was evident that this location has a collaborative team who care about each other and give an elevated level of customer service for customers! Brad…you have a great group! Fabulous food and thank you for making us feel like family…we highly recommend this restaurant…we will be back! Thank you for an incredible time!
