I heard good things about Eggette house and their unique flavours so I had to come check it out after having lunch at the public market food court. The line was long to order, and even longer waiting for your order, so be prepared to wait. There were fewer than 10 people ahead of us, and they said about 15 minutes, but we waited over half an hour! They have their waffle irons lined up at the counter so you could watch them make all the waffles, and wishing for the next one to be yours... my little one demanded the double chocolate one, and we were too stuffed to get two. I'm not a huge chocolate fan, but it was stuffed with chocolate chips and was quite good fresh. These do not heat up well, please eat immediately! Crisp light batter on the outside, with a gooey slightly chewy centre. Their milk tea was pretty good too, strong HK milk tea flavour, but not overly sweet. I have to come back to try the durian cheese, and salted egg next time.

Eggette House has the best bubble waffles I've ever had. Every time I get it, I get the feeling that it's everything I've ever wanted and dreamed of. The waffle is perfectly crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside for my soft mouth. My favourite flavour is Portuguese egg tart. It is so flavourful and creamy--especially in comparison to other places that try to do the same flavour (and fail). I'd really like to try their savoury flavours one day! The place is always packed when I go so expect a 20 to 30 minute wait for your waffle as they make it to order. There is also nowhere to sit here so expect to stand while you wait. They'll usually tell you how long it'll take though so you can set a timer and explore the little mall and food court upstairs if you'd like.

This place takes credit cards! Woohoo! One of the food stalls that takes credit cards in RPM. Durian Egg Waffle 5/5 - they scoop fresh durian in every bubble. Light and crispy.

Ahhh this was so delicious! I was excited to try Eggette House fresh from the namesake store. It's not hard to find if you're walking, but keep an eye out for the sign on the street so you don't miss your turn in. On a Saturday late afternoon, there was a short lineup already. My partner and I ordered a Portuguese egg tart waffle to share, and it was about a 10-15 minute wait. Service was very fast and efficient. The waffle was SO GOOD! Perfectly crispy outside, with soft, chewy, flavourful inside. The filling was creamy but not wet that it would have made the waffle soggy. Perfection in a bubble waffle! Give me more!!

This bubble waffle was INCREDIBLE, the Portuguese egg tart filling was creamy, warm and not too sweet. The waffle was crispy on the edges and I thought the waffle was great fresh but even when it was cooled down, it was so good. The sparkling lychee rose drink was so good, not too sweet and super refreshing. This was one of the BEST bites I had on this recent Vancouver trip.

First time here and it was really good! Came on a Sunday afternoon and long lineup so we had to wait 20-25 min but the portugese egg tarte bubble waffle ($8.50) was really good. Not too sweet, nice and hot, fluffy and creamy :)
It took 30 minutes to get my order but it’s fine because the place is new. The food was immaculate, but I had an excruciatingly painful time on the toilet after eating the egg waffle and the house special milk tea. I think I have lactose intolerance.. It was worth it though, amazing food and hard workers. I can see why so many people came here.

Amazing bubble waffles! They have a great variety of flavours to try as well as milk teas. I had the egg tart waffle and it was delicious; it had the perfect texture and flavour balance. Service was also great, all the staff are friendly and efficient. I highly reccomend this place!

Usually not a bubble waffle person but the Portuguese egg tart filled bubble waffle is amazing. The only other flavour I've tried is salted egg but doesn't compare to the Portuguese egg tart. There's usually a long wait time of about 20mins so best to go walk around the public market and get peanuts BBT/coin cakes while you wait.Parking: You can park at the Richmond market lot or the street parking around the corner which is metered.
