Came here right when it opened on a Saturday and it was already getting busy. By the time we left it was full! Make sure to make a reservation.

Had a really nice lunch here with a friend and I have to say it was above and beyond what I expected.I had the Sushi Taco with mango, avocado, crab meat and scallops. It was a solidi dish that taster great though it was definetly both a bit abundant and a bit more costly than I expected (basically it the food was great but it could have absolutely been a single taco for a couple dollars less than the two taco set it was presented as). Then I had a selection of Aburi Sushi including Wagyu Beef, Foie Gras and Salmon. All excellent, well exectued and balanced and at exceptional prices. Especially want to commend the sauce of the Aburi Salmon. My friend had Tuna rolls and a bowl of rice which were good and in line with our expectation of an above average lunch spot.Service was friendly and polite but above all showcased an attentiveness and responsiveness that I did not experience in much fancier restaurants. On that the staff has my sincerest compliments.A bit of a sour note was the abiance/location which both does not do justice to the quality of the restaurant nor properly conveys the variety and quality available nor its price range. To put it simply the place looks like your run of the mill stripmall sushi place when its definetly a couple notches above that and it would be nice if it looked more the part.In conclusionnit was a pretty good if unexpected lunch experience which I'll gladly repeat if in the area

Always 5 star for food here. Never got disappointed except for once about 10 years ago when I ordered a vegetable dish that was supposed to be crispy fresh but burned and overdone. This is one of the best place for dim sum. Service has improved.happily to see no attitude from staff when I did not speak Cantonese. Price has understandably gone up by a lot as everything else nowadays like in Vancouver. No issue, business has to survive. Overall a happy experience with a satisfying meal. Will come band and recommend to others .Must mention about a surprise discount for early birds, which made our experience even better. 5 stars on this!

One of the best dimsum restaurants in Richmond.I’ve been here 5-6 times in the past 2 years now. Food continues to be amazingly fresh and consistent every time I visit. Staff is friendly and attentive.5/5

This is a high end dim sum restaurant, food is excellent and the service is impeccable, you pay the price for it. I ordered a mushroom chicken plate and I really love it. They also have separate rooms for family gathering or business dining if you require privacy. I had a great experience, highly recommended.

Really good dim sum quality. Dining area is top-notch. Lost a star in my rating because they never brought out a plate we ordered. Waited over 45min and we kept asking but never followed up. They took it off the bill though. Id still go back and would recommend, but it seems this place can get busy. Probably better to go as a group of 6 or more. You can sample more dishes that way.

This has been our go to dim sum place for my family for more than 10 years. I enjoy the food and services there very much. Their dinner is good too.

Worst service ever! The GM was pulling attitude while serving us. If you don’t want to feel disrespected, never go to this place. We were not even trying to be difficult customers. I don’t usually give reviews but the traumatizing experience last night made me do so.

Given the disappointing service, lukewarm food… be aware that they also charged for “paper bags” and to-go boxes without even bothering to ask how many we needed. I don't even want to tip them. Their service does not deserve any tip. This experience fell far below expectations.

This place used to be good, but the food has become mediocre, especially when compared to other restaurants. Coupled this with the miserably rude service. Be prepared to answer questions like ‘why do you need one more cup?’ when requesting any types of service from the server.

It’s very happy to have Hong Kong style tea for breakfast~Bringing friends from Hong Kong to eat todayShe said the taste is even better than many in Hong Kong.(This restaurant is full of Hong Kong locals coming to eat)Xiaolongbao, shrimp siomai, Malay cake, and quicksand buns are all very deliciousService staff with good attitudeHighly recommended for morning tea!

Meat too springy, didn’t do the rice flour dishes well (too soft har gaw, too firm Cheung fun). The eggplants was too soft while the meat was too hard and the fry on it was weird. Chicken feet wasn’t great (and I usually like chicken feet)
